Welcome to the forum.Hope you will find it fun and informative. Great to read that you wear a g-string at the beach. Wondering why you don't wear one when you mow the lawn etc, but I'm assuming it's due to the proximity of neighbours. My garden is overlooked in places, but when certain neighbours are out, I can wear a g-string while doing the things you describe.

Thanks for the welcome! I would love to wear a g-string when I mow the lawn; however, close proximity to neighbors and a highway. I have gotten away with mowing in a speedo when neighbors are on vacation.

I'd also like to extend a warm welcome to you! Tell us more about the beach where you wear your g-string! Where is it located? Are there a lot of regular patrons who enjoy microwear of various types as well?

Thanks for the welcome. I usually go to a section of Fort DeSoto Beach that is thong/g-string friendly; its not uncommon to see just about everyone on this particular beach in just a thong or g-string, ladies and men. I just learned of a couple more beaches near me that I'm anxious to try out.

I’m from NC and with our 95+ degree weather we also have lovely humidity. You literally walk outside at 9am and sweat drips from every pore. I opt for thongs, they provide support and are much cooler in the heat. I only wear my cotton thongs in the colder months, opting for modal, poly-blend or synthetic fabrics to help wick moisture away.

My wife and I live in Belize, Central America for most of the year and it’s usually around 30 degrees Celsius all day with high humidity. Generally you sweat from when you wake up lol. We love it there, unfortunately it’s a very Christian country so thongs are generally not very accepted. Except at our house. We live in our thongs just about all day long. I absolutely love wearing a thong or gstring and have been doing so for decades. I think it’s the perfect thing to wear in our hot climate.

Welcome to the forum, Bruce. You are wise to wear skimpy undies in such humid conditions. Why should you have to make yourself uncomfortable because society frowns upon the wearing of thongs and gstrings.

Although the forum doesn't allow members to post selfies in revealing attire(I'm sure you can understand how quickly that could turn into something more explicit), you can post a link to your selfies as long as clicking on them doesn't expose a forum member to a porn site. Unfortunately, that has happened in the past, albeit occasionally, when someone has provided a link to their pics.

I switched to thongs back in February, when I went to Jamaica, and I love it. There is so little to bog you down when you are working out in the heat and you start sweating. I used to wear boxer briefs, and everything felt so heavy when I started working, and sweating in the heat. I will never ever wear anything but a thong for the rest of my life.

I grew up in the Middle East, and it only made sense for me to wear thongs while living there. However, I couldn't openly talk about my underwear preference because I was in a very conservative environment.

My dad was in the textile industry, and he once said that there was a lot of demand for thongs in the Middle East. Women in the Middle East usually have to cover up in public, so wearing a thong could be their way of staying cool while they are in their religious clothing.

Totally agree! I'm in central florida as well. I wwae primarily mesh gstrings from MOB. They are incredible!
