Also what is up with everyone so afraid of the male body and it's parts. OMG! It seems that's all I hear and haven't even put a thong on yet.
Maybe with all this lives matter stuff going on we should preach MALE BODY MATTER! I'm being a smart ass or anything everyone life matters.
Just my little question/rant for the day.
Happy micro suit.
If you have children, and they have seen you wearing thongs and bikinis, they will simply grow up accepting that, that is what men wear.
Once when my middle child was about 4 years-old, she walked into the bathroom while I was in there. At the moment, I had not dressed myself for the day yet (it was early in the AM at the time) and I was still wearing nothing buy my fruit-of-the loom men's purple cotton bikini briefs that I had slept in all night. She immediately shouted, "Daddy's wearing purple panties!" I calmly explained to her that they were men's underwear and that some boys prefer to wear bikinis too.

I guess I need to be more clear in my question. I'm talking about swimsuits in public view like pools and beaches or backyards. When I ask hotels about the swimsuits policy they always say when kids are around. My wife even throws that at me. Not my kids as they are grow and have families of their own. I would like something to give back to the negativity that it doesn't effect kids in a bad way, or not.

I'm not aware of any studies on the effect that seeing men in thongs and bikinis might have on children. But it did get me wondering if such a study had ever been carried out on women wearing thongs and bikinis and the effect it might have on children. I suppose with it being commonplace for women to be seen on beaches wearing skimpy swimwear, most children will have at some point in their young lives seen a topless woman,or one in a butt revealing thong, which may lead to a few awkward questions for their parents, but otherwise won't be a major issue. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for a man in a thong or bulge revealing bikini. Because this is not a common sight on beaches, and can provoke a hostile response from adults,it is more likely that young children will be negatively influenced by the reaction of their parents and the other adults in the area.
The recent TBD post on a suitable age for children to wear bikinis and thongs did prove that for some guys, seeing their Dad wearing bikinis and thongs was a positive influence on what they chose to wear. Sadly, the only way that more kids will grow up with a positive or even just a tolerant attitude towards men in skimpy swimwear, will be if the adult population changes their mindset on the subject.

Hi Ralange. I know from your sadly deleted flickr account that you have a great collection of bikinis and thongs which you wear in and around the grounds of your house. Don't remember if you ever mentioned that you wore them in front of your children and grandchildren,or if it was purely in adult company? Also, have you found another outlet for posting your selfies in your swimwear?
