Advice

Post by Miguel05 »

Hi I’m Miguel and I’m 15 and I been recently interested in trying new style of underwear as I wear boxers. Well I’m in the orphanage and we usually get stuff bought for us or given when it comes to sock and underwear. Well these past couple of years we are lucky to have the locals volunteer and take us shopping but what makes thus different is this year it’s the local fire department take us shopping which is exciting since I would feel more comfortable asking a guy for what I want for the clothing drives we do every year. We’ll this year we make list of what we want and we go get stuff like shirts and clothes for the clothing drive well I want to ask my volunteer who is a firefighter for thong underwear for a guy. Would it be okay to ask him for thong underwear? How would I approach asking him ? I know I should be thankful what I get but it’s something I been wanting. I really don’t have any male role model in my life with the exception of youth pastor but idk about asking him for that. Any advice would be helpful Ty in advance

Welcome to the forum,Miguel. I'm guessing you could be the youngest guy to sign up to the forum, so hopefully you will receive age appropriate advice from the other members. The fact that you have sought out and found this blog would suggest you are a mature young man who knows what he wants. I don't know what country you reside in, but I would think it unlikely that you will find local shops that stock thongs for men. Once you arrive at the clothes shop with your male volunteer he will hopefully let you check out what's available in the underwear section and allow you to pick out your favourites. If you are lucky enough to find thongs, he might not pay too much attention to what you've put in your shopping trolley especially if you also add some other styles. If he suggests boxers you can always say you don't like them because they don't offer you support, and if there are no thongs you could hopefully find some bikini type briefs.
It's impossible to predict how your volunteer would react if you said at the outset that you wanted to try a thong, so if I was in your position, I'd probably wait until I was in the store and not make a big deal out of it. Hopefully your firefighter volunteer will not be averse to you getting what you want. Good luck, and let us know how you get on.

Hi Tanga Tanga i appreciate the welcome. I live in US and so it’s hard thongs in the store. The ones I would want to ask for are from online.my hope is when we get to the underwear section I show him the ones I want online. Idk if I can add pictures on here if I can I will but we’ll see what he may say. I currently wear boxers so I have been ready for a change for a while now. Again thank you for welcome!

You're welcome. The forum doesn't post pictures from the members, although guys can include a link that allows interested parties to view underwear sites etc. However, seeing as you are only 15, I would strongly advise you not to send selfie pics to anyone. The main TBD homepage does have a Share the goods section, but that doesn't have pics of the sender wearing the garments, just pics of the underwear/swimwear.

If you are going to have to order these items on-line, why do you need to ask your fire-fighter volunteer about it. Or do you mean that these volunteers pay for the clothes as well, wherever they are bought. If that is the case, then just ask him and see what he says. Are you sure it is going to be a man. There can be women fire-fighters, but even if that is the case, you might well get good support from her.

For the styles you have linked, you've already missed out on the black (it's showing "exhausted"), and green is just size CH available.

Hi Down Under

It’s going to be a guy. We are told beforehand who it is and they pay for them. I figured since they actually do take us to buy stuff I figured I ask for something like that since he is going to paying for them.I know they are some that are expensive but I figured these are not bad in price. I don’t have a card on my own to buy them. Dang I see what you mean… looks like out of stock but no worries I have some back up ones I was also hoping to see about too

That's clarified things for me Miguel. If internet shopping is not the usual thing for buying clothes, then be prepared for your fire-fighter buddy to have to enquire further if internet purchasing is acceptable. Let's hope so! So others there may get to discover your desire. At about AUD 17 or USD 13 these are worth trying.

Let's say everything goes as planned and you get the items you wish for. I've got to be honest here and I don't want to put you off, but be prepared for disappointment. A description that reads good and something that looks good in a photo might not translate to the actual product. Things like you order the correct size but what you receive is a bit loose or too tight. It's something every one of us on this forum has experienced, you just have to bear with it. If that happens, don't give up, try another brand when you can.

You'll have to hand-wash them, but that will save putting them in the general clothes wash. And potentially creating havoc for you.

You will react when trying them on, whether 15 or 65, it might happen before with the anticipation, or while trying them due to the fabric friction or touch. If they don't feel comfortable trying to get them on with an erection, try again later. Once on though, make sure they are comfortable with an erection because that can happen at any time and they need to cater for that.

If they don't feel comfortable while walking or other activity during the day, don't dump them. Consider sleeping in them, and trying another brand for day use.

You'll know if these are going to work for you. The feeling from the fit is there when you get great underwear.
