Bodybuilding Posing Suits?

Post by Vectron »

Well, not a bodybuilder, but wondering if anyone has had experience with posing suits?

Do they fit OK for the many of us who are not in that kind of shape?

Some rise way up in back, and dive down to the crotch.

Just wondering.

I have worn and do wear them from time to time, although only as underwear. They seem to fit me fine, or at least the way I like my undies to ride (high cut, narrower rear panel, good but not comically huge pouch).

I've thought of wearing them as swimwear since some manufacturers do make them, but the very narrow sides and, especially, lack of drawstring, just puts me off. I can probably tolerate as low as 0.75" sides, but not without a drawstring to prevent my penis to stick out.

Yeah, I can't offer advice there since I'm not a pool/beach person. The posers that I wear are pretty much string bikinis, very similar to the venerable (and sadly gone) Kiniki "Kelly" style, so they have a 1/2 back or 3/4 back. Different fabric, of course -- my posing briefs are some type of lycra types, not cotton. Bright red, dark blue, some others.

I have some posing suits that I wear as underwear and absolutely love wearing them. The ones I have got are from vandella costumes . Kira does an amazing job of making them. She can alter them to your needs. She has a lot of fabrics to choose from. You can order them lined or unlined, so you can get the for swimming, posing or just as underwear. Her quality of work is great . As good or better then any other manufacturer that I bought.Another I highly recommend from her is the thongs she makes. Just plan wow. Some of the most comfortable thongs I have min drawer. Pricing isn't to bad around $30-$35 USD . I thinking its kind of cool being able to talk to the person that is making your suit.
Give them a shot , the posing suits can make great underwear

I concur that these can be a good option depending on the style/fit/coverage you are looking for. Posing suits at one point became my “go to” swimsuit when I wanted something smaller/sexier than a traditional speedo but hadn’t yet discovered thongs. They definitely provide less coverage but still cover what you need to. I still have some in my collection but don’t wear as often as I’m usually in a thong or gstring.

Finding Unique Swimwear in Local Stores.

Post by DanielStogs »

I love discovering unique swimwear options in local shops; it feels like uncovering hidden treasures. But why do so many brands still stick to the same boring styles year after year? Are we missing out on more adventurous designs simply because we’re not demanding them?
