I really like the gym and enjoy health and fitness. So I thought I'd share a story about a "event"
When I first got into really focusing on my squat form and lifting some pretty good something quite unexpected happened.
One morning I was in the gym (as I normally hit it in the mornings) and I had not long started my workout. It was squat time and there was a Asian guy lifting some pretty good weight; so I did something I normally never do; asked to work in with him.
Now, I really don't think I thought to much about the fact that I was wearing leggings. (as it was pretty normal for me by that time).

However, I did really take too much into account that the gym was very well lit from the sun light and when using this particular rack you face away from the sun and the its rays shine virtually undiffused upon you from the back. :').
As I stepped up to the rack preparing for my set (there was about 100kg (220 Ibs.) on the bar). I realized that I was wear a pink thong that would definitely be visible through the material at the bottom of the range of the squat (at the list you would clearly see a VTL).
At that moment, oooooh boy, I was really a bit nervous! In my head I was thinking, "Its okay, I'm foreign and the guy won't think anything of it, even if he sees." Now, he was behind me (not spotting) but behind me waiting/observing.
I unracked the bar and tensed my glutes together (which were definitely in full view as back then my booty was even bigger; I was probably about 8 kg heavier (17.6 Ilbs) to stabilize the bar. Now, I'd recorded myself squatting before so I knew what I looked like and booty would be everywhere :').
I started my descent (I must have been trembling) but I kept my form as I had to look good. So I decided to OWN IT! Down I went, and as I reached the both or the ROM, I left the polyester submitting to my booty's will and I knew it was getting thin. I paused at the bottom for a moment and repped out about 10 and re-racked. There was no mention of anything but I was still nervous.
He did his reps; I think there about the same. Then we increased the weight to about 120-130 kg (264-286 Ilbs). I was up!
Down into the pocket I dropped imagining my glutes stretching and contracting. Imagining that I AM sexy and strong. During my set I took a little standing rest, glutes tense, legging hugging my booty for dear life and wedge deep into the canyon pressed firmly against my Thong. I got a few more reps and re-racked. That was my last set and I said to him that I normally do more and I know its not much (I think I was still fatigued from the previous days). We did about 3 sets together. **He assured me that, this was not a little bit of weight** lol.
There was never a mention of my pink thong BUT I know he had to have seen it and there was no complaint.
I have to say just the thought of my sexy being a little on display (back then) was quite the turn on.
