I'm sure there are clothing optional beaches where you could wear transparent thongs and barely be noticed, but I get the impression you like to court attention. Not sure the time of day you choose to wear it matters because your package will still be on display day or night.Best to check the decency laws in whatever district you plan to wear it. If you have like minded friends then a private swim party would be a safer bet than a public place.

I would not be embarrassed to wear it. My concern would be more around getting arrested. Just not worth it. May be better off with a darker color.

If you show in an aroused state like the photo, you will get arrested, the color does not matter. I can relax and wear the tiniest thongs in any crowded beach, much smaller than yours.
