Oops, I was seen wearing only a thong…

Well it happened. It was late at night at the gym and as I went to take a shower I stripped down to my underwear. Nobody was anywhere near. I was standing there wearing nothing but a tiny red iKingsky thong and someone walked into the shower area.
I quickly stepped into the shower stall and closed the curtain but my thong and butt were on full display as I did so.
Oh well so now a total stranger has seen me wearing nothing but a tiny thong. For a second or two anyway

I'm not a gym goer, but I believe it is fairly commonplace to see guys walking around naked in the changing room and showers. So isn't it strange that even though you were almost naked, the fact that you had a tiny strand of material between your cheeks made you feel sufficiently embarrassed to quickly step into the shower and close the curtain.

Don’t worry about it. I too had an experience at the gym I can share.
I try to pick my locker in a place that would make it easy to put on my thong in private. This particular morning was a busier time for some reason. The coast seemed clear so I slipped on my JM thong and literally as soon as I pulled it up this guy showed up out of no where and needed to get to the locker in the corner by me.
Now when I change I typically tried to keep my butt out of view but this time with needing to move meant I couldn’t keep hidden. So I moved to accommodate him and know I was also seen in only a thong. I also tried to act as nothing was out of the ordinary but definitely felt embarrassed inside. I know I shouldn’t but it was just a natural reaction.

Love this topic, and I feel you Thongwearer,
I go to the gym every day, and I have to take shower there, but I try not to feel embarrassed about my underwear, I always think that probably someone is going to feel inspired to wear something skimpy without tabus.
But what I do is, when I go to the shower I only wear my thong and cover myself with my towel, when I reach the shower I take off my towel, hang it and I just let it be, if someone sees me, oh well, I about to take shower, and put my thong under my towel.
After when I go to get dress, i open the door of my locker and turn my back to everyone for me to be able to put my thong on again, I don't want them to see my pines, and I rather for them to see my butt, and whoever is there at that time is able to see how my thong is getting between my cheeks.
So GenX_MCMLXXI is right, I pay my membership equally like everyone there and I'm not harassing anybody there.
So, be proud and enjoy wear what you want.

I am not quite as brave as you as i typically try to shield my butt as I slip on the thong. Maybe I should be more brave than that though!

The gym locker room can be an intimidating place since so few of us wear thongs. I know not only is my thong something that is unique, but my thong tan line is also on display. I can really hide the tan line when showering or changing clothes. So even if someone didn’t see my thong they have seen my tan. I figure I might as well own it, be proud and confident and not hide.

That’s great you have a thong tan line, one day i hope to get there! Right now, without the tan line I guess I can still hide it somewhat. But I wish I didn’t feel the need to hide it I guess is what I am saying.

This morning at the gym after 40 minutes in the steam room (nude, because it's inside the men's locker room...has showers inside it, too) I started to get dressed and put on my Sukrew bubble thong but was still too hot from the steam room to get fully dressed so I shaved and finished cleaning up while cooling off wearing only a thong (no towel wrapped around me) in the locker room. This is in a gym where I know many of the others guys...no one said anything or even paid that much attention...I was totally comfortable wearing only a thong in there...finally got cooled off enough to finish getting dressed!

What a different six months makes. Lately I’ve been stripping down to my thong in the gym locker room without a care in the world and nobody else cares either. I’ve been walking the short distance between the showers and changing rooms in the nude. I guess I’m getting more comfortable in my own skin and getting a little more confident.

See, you just have to get out there and do it! Now you see how good and freeing it feels to do this.
