Courting Danger, Lucky, Etc?
I had mentioned a couple of days ago that I was wearing a pair of Kiniki Newton tangas, coming back from a roadtrip. This was the first road trip I had taken with this vehicle, and it has alicante leather seats in it, which are not as "slick" as normal leather seats. The fabric is grippier. That is the background, anyway!
So due to breaking my back a decade or more ago, on long trips I will remove my belt and often unbutton my pants to alleviate any type of irritation of my lower back. I noticed on Friday while driving that the combination of no belt, looser-fit board shorts, and those seats will result in essentially pantsing me in just a few minutes (plus the car is a manual transmission.) The slick synthetic fabric of the Newton undies also contribute to the delinquency of the shorts. During a particularly sporty stretch I looked down because they had worked down to mid-thigh! I tried pulling them back up but had to settle on a somewhat-off position. I wasn't comfortable taking them off completely, which is something I have done from time to time but only while driving my truck!
Most of where I was driving was very sparsely populated, but I did have occasion to see a couple of State Police cruisers...fortunately I was driving calmly...that would have been almost impossible to have to explain...

So, you literally drove your pants off?! LOL! It's a good thing you didn't get pulled over or involved in a traffic accident.
When I used to do water aerobics at the gym, I would wear a bikini under my boardshorts, quite often I would remove the shorts and just do my water aerobics in just my bikini. That stopped on the day a man came in with his daughter- his pre-teen, underage daughter! She just wanted to do some swimming. Luckily for me, I had already finished my workout session, slipped the shorts back on and was out of the pool, and headed for the shower room. So, I missed getting caught in an awkward situation by just moments. Had he walked in 3 minutes earlier, it could have been a nasty situation! Suffice to say, I won't ever be doing that again!

Pennbikini, I really enjoyed reading about your "experience!"
I found myself thinking what a howler of a scene that would make in a movie comedy, especially if the car wound up in a mudhole in a field! I'm a Weather Channel fan; how's this for a title?...
"The Cone Of Uncertainty"...

Of course, there is an element of "danger" in a "wardrobe malfunction" which results in the "Mudbath From Hell," so there must be...a sense of foreboding from the start! Here is the best movie-opening experience of my life (so far!) when it comes to suspense from the get-go! Be inspired! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1ON67uYwG ... ZW5pbmc%3D

In regards to "drivng calmly" during "trying circumstances,"
there are lessons to be learned!...https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IlY5kaZC2 ... c2NlbmU%3D

Great cinematic moments in history, for sure! I haven't seen those in a long time. Was on a Hitchcock binge for a bit in college, and that's been a long time ago. Guess I'll have to revisit them.
I have actually driven or ridden in vehicles without pants a few times, where I've detailed elsewhere so I won't repeat it all here, but getting pulled over was a real risk. Once was one morning after a party where I apparently fell asleep in my Jeep without recovering my pants and the another was heading back home from spring break in the mid-90s. I also think I accidentally gave a thong show to a state trooper one time a few years back, but that was just whaletailing and not pants-free driving...OH! -- and one I just remembered this past weekend...this would have been in like 92 or 93, and I had been spending the night on a lakefront beach in my Jeep, and was asleep in the backseat with bikini underwear and a short T-shirt (same as I would wear to bed, and same as now!) and a volunteer beach patrol person rapped on the window to tell me to move along. He was well into his 60s and it was like 630 am, and I don't think he paid a lot of attention.

Drove the same car on some back roads yesterday and had a similar experience, although not quite so profound...yikes....

P.B., the FEAR is growing!!!
Something terrifying may happen if a "slippage" causes you to "floor it" in the process! Be VERY afraid!

P.B., when your "Tell-All" autobiography is ready to be "shopped around" in Hollywood, the "big guys" will be onboard IF
you suggest the following "musical interlude" for the frequent "Slippage Scenes!" A sweep of the Oscars AND money in the bank!
