This forum has been very quiet
Hey guys,
What’s happening to this forum? It’s got so quiet recently.
Has no one got anything to share with the others?
It’s freezing cold in Melbourne, Australia, but I’m actively looking for new thongs ready for our next spring / summer.
What are you all doing in your northern hemisphere summer?

I've been wondering the exact same thing, I check in here every day and sometimes I have new content to post, but I guess everyone else is just lurking.

I’ve noticed the same quiet here.
Unfortunately I have not had much to share. Between work and weather and training for a multi day bicycle adventure my beach time has been limited. The other problem in my part of the world is the smoke from the fires in Canada. I’ve had several days that have been posted as unhealthy to be out. It’s supposed to clear up in the next 24 hours, so I’ll be at a beach tomorrow. I hope the sand will be filled with people in their smallest swim suits.

Sorry to see news about your fires in Canada, we were very lucky last summer in Oz and didn’t have any major fires, I saw on the news that a bunch of Oz firefighters helped you out. Brave guys!Guitar T wrote: Thu Jun 29, 2023 12:01 pm I’ve noticed the same quiet here.

I’m checking in everyday too, made a bunch of comments, no one really replied to them.JustSomeDude71 wrote: Thu Jun 29, 2023 8:12 am I've been wondering the exact same thing, I check in here every day and sometimes I have new content to post, but I guess everyone else is just lurking.
Such a shame, maybe posting photos would help? I didn’t know just a thought.
Happy to write another article if that helps.

Re: This forum has been very quiet
The forum has been going since 2018,which was when I signed up. Over the years I've noticed that there are times when there is little activity among the members, but that can sometimes be due to the time of year in a particular part of the world. If someone is in the depths of winter they are unlikely to be posting comments about swimwear and visits to the beach. The only time I'm in a beach setting is my yearly visit to Sicily at the height of summer. Scottish beaches are never guaranteed warm weather and the seas are cold all year round(brrrrrrrr!!!).There tends to be a spike in interest when a new member contributes their experiences and prompts responses, but there are some who join out of curiosity or to promote something outwith the subject of swimwear/underwear and either decide it's not what they are looking for in the case of the former, or have their posts deleted because they are spammers. You might be surprised by the amount of unsuitable and irrelevant posts that are removed before they can appear on here. Those of you who login regularly and post topics for discussion are really appreciated, but it would help the cause if the more casual followers would take the time to contribute their thoughts or even submit their swim/underwear collections to the Share the goods section on the main blog.Thonglover8k wrote: Thu Jun 29, 2023 7:07 am Hey guys,

Swimming in Sicily sounds wonderful, especially as I'm writing this from the depths of an Australian winter. I suppose a Scottish beach feels much the same as a Melbourne beach at the moment. We did go swimming last week as part of our Winter Solstice celebrations, we do it every year and it was pretty cold, my skin was seriously red by the time I came out. I wore my Aussiebum bathers, I thought about wearing a thong for fun, but it was really too cold.TANGA TANGA wrote: Fri Jun 30, 2023 3:26 amThe forum has been going since 2018,which was when I signed up.
