how long have you had to wear the same thong?

A little over 24 hours. Comfortable the whole time.

The longest duration in one thong was a flight from Detroit, Michigan, USA to Sidney Australia. The first thing I did when I got to the hotel was shower a pit on a clean thong.

Probably a day and 1/2. Got showered the 1st morning and had chores for finish the second morning before I got another shower.

Would be a long travel day, 5am or so until I showered and got into bed that evening around 9 - 10 pm!

A typical day for me is 7am until around 12am, so 17 hours. Now if I get to go to the gym, I wear different thongs for the gym. I have fallen asleep and slept all night in the same thong I wore to work, so that would be more than 24 hours; but I know I woke up and took it off, showered, and put on a fresh thong.

I never wear the same thong for more than a day. I usually choose one in the morning and take it off before bed. So, I wear the same thong for about 12-16 hours.

I also travelled from Chicago to Melbourne Australia back in 2009 then again in 2019. That's definitely the longest time wearing the same underwear and I immediately showered once I arrived at my airbnb.

Have to say it doesn't sound hygienic or healthy to wear the same underwear,especially something as intimate as a thong, for that length of time. I wouldn't feel right if I didn't change my underwear,socks,shirts, t-shirts etc daily, and I couldn't live with a partner who didn't change their intimate clothing for days on end.
