Wearing pads with your panties

Do any of you wear a pad when you wear panties? I wear either a maxi pad or a pantyliner. They keep my panties clean and fresh. I buy my own pads on Amazon instead of using my wife’s. In my mind wearing a pad is part of wearing panties

I wear thongs panties everyday. I often wear a pad. I buy Glad Rags. A reusable thong liner.

try a bidet, it will change your life, i used to only buy black to avoid the stains, my strings are clean.
I might try some pad when I am traveling without my bidet, but the thong pad type

I don't know if this applies to your question, but because of my worsening bladder issues, I have to wear adult diapers away from home.
