Shave or not
Something I’ve always wondered about. I say you have to shave your crack for sure to enjoy a nice thong.

I think you don't 'have' to shave it, but it will definitely feel better when there's no hair in there. It'll look better, too, back there.

I agree with the answer
Re: Shave or not
I have tried to shave my crack, and it is not an easy task. However the half ass (no pun intended) job I did, did make the thong feel different. In a good way. But it is a lot of work if you are always pressed for time.

I know it’s hard to do. I go to a hair waxing place every month. Just get my crack done.David_NC wrote: Fri Sep 19, 2025 11:15 am I have tried to shave my crack, and it is not an easy task. I just started wearing thongs a year ago. Although I’ve maintained a shaved/tightly clipped pubic area, I didn’t extend my shaving practices to my rear area until very recently (based on advice from others in this forum). I recently started shaving my crack with the woman’s razor I regularly use in front. It certainly is challenging to get that area clean and I have to go very slow. I can honestly say the effort is worth it. The strap sits more snugly and feels “cozier”. I thought I might feel itchy as I get used to this but that is definitely not the case. It feels very comfortable.ThongDude71! wrote: Thu Sep 18, 2025 5:49 pm Something I’ve always wondered about. I say you have to shave your crack for sure to enjoy a nice thong.

Totally worth it for sure. I’ve been shaving it for many years. Recently I got my crack waxed! The strap feels even better now.JL Thong wrote: Sun Sep 21, 2025 8:49 amI just started wearing thongs a year ago. Re: Shave or not
I used to shave my underarms a bit of my legs and crotch area. I didnt want to shave that anal area since I wasnt sure if I was doing it right. So i since tried getting a bikini wax with my girlfriend. It felt weird at first but after that my girlfriend suggested we both get brazillian waxes and also the legs and underarms, so full body. That was... a unique experience to say the least...

I go for a Hollywood (full Brazilian) wax every few months. She takes care of the crack. It's a little treat to myself. I also have her do armpits. I get the chest done only if it's getting long.
