Last month I ordered a men's thong from Wal-Mart, what I was sent was clearly not what was advertised. They sent me a women's thong panty. I gave it to a friend of mine, who in turn gave it to her 12-year-old son. I was surprised she gave it to him! And apparently he wore it!
So, I asked her if she wants more underwear for her son, since I have a few bikinis, string bikinis and thongs that I have ordered over time, that were either too tight, or did not fit well.
She said, "Yes, he'll take them."
So, all in all, I gave her 20 pair of men's underwear- bikinis and thongs. I told her that whatever he doesn't want, just to send them back and I'll hold on to them.
I even threw in a couple of panties that are passable as men's bikinis and low-rise briefs.

Great story! Sounds like he is going to have quite a "Try-On Time!" Let us know what his mom says about his reaction to them.

That is an interesting way to convert someone. I wonder if he had ever mentioned to his mom that he wanted to try something skimpier and she took this as her chance to let him try without spending the money. Also, very cool of you to offer other ones to him to try. I am curious how you found out she gave the first pair to him. And does it make it feel awkward knowing he might be wearing skimpy undies you gave him?

Good for you!!! Like any young man entering puberty, it is important for him to be able to develop a positive body image, and comfortable microwear can help with such in its own way. You are providing the support of a caring man in ways that can help make a real difference in his life. Who knows, other opportunities may arise (hobbies, sports, other common interests, you name it)!

I talked to the boy Saturday night. I asked him how he liked his new undies.

He said, "I liked them!"

That is great to hear. I wish that at that age I would have had an older male figure that was encouraging about trying out skimpy underwear. Definitely would have solved a lot of body image issues as an adolescent.

The first time I saw and noticed a thong I was at elementary school and I was at beach, on women. I was maybe 7 to 9 years old and was mesmerized by it
I think if my parents would buy me a thong, I had worn it without any doubt. Too little? Unacceptable? I'm sure there are different opinions.
Well what I think is that usually kids wear what parents want: sporty or elegant, light or dark... Not what they, kids, want. This young boy has the opportunity to try thongs and decided that "I liked them". It's just underwear but he decided to wear what HE WANTS , anyone else.
This is great.
I sometimes think how could be cool wearing thongs (under and beach) from younger age and not waiting after high school years

Earlier this week, I got a bikini in from Temu. Of course, they sent me the wrong size and it was too small! I reached out to that same woman with the 12 year-old son... well this bikini was too small for him too, but his 18 year-old brother could possibly wear it. So again, I texted the mom and asked her if her older son might want it (I included a picture of the bikini). 2 days later, she responded with, "yes"
