My mom caught me is a somewhat similar situation. She didn't catch me masturbating, but she found a bikini panty that I had hidden in the bathroom. I can definitely relate to your story. My obsession began during my teenage years in the early 90’s. I smuggled home a couple pairs of sheer panty hose. I cut the legs off to turn them into a panty.
