Straight guy in swim briefs randomly showed up in my Facebook feed. I haven’t looked at all his content. But he said it plainly, swim briefs are comfortable to wear

I bought me a pair of swim shorts for a local pool party here in Houston. Those are not as comfortable than my swim bikinis. And that guy is right, you get better tan lines.

David, Totally agree…swim briefs (Nike Arena Speedo) are more comfortable. I’m in the south like you and I wear my swim brief pretty much all the time at beach, home pool, community pool, boat with family, wife, my kids, parents whatever. I don’t peacock around in them. Sometimes I’m the only one not sporting baggy shorts. Interesting how another guy or two gets the courage to pull their shorts off to the brief when they see me doing it. I guess we have to lead the pack…lol.

Originally took a little work to spring up the courage…now my brief swim attire is expected and normal for those close to me. Also, I had to persevere through the comments I received when I first started wearing them ALL the time. BTW I appreciated reading your journey interview. I hope you will try normalizing swim briefs in your life. Most guys look better in them vs traditional shorts despite how we see ourselves.
