I didn’t this time, I took advantage of the buy one get one half off thong sale after Christmas.

I saw that one too. I’m not a fan of their thong cuts and how they fit. I was holding out for a brief/bikini bogo but it never happened

They continued their discount a few more days. Placed once again another order, had so many points i might as well use them.
At this point i think i will have at least one of each of their styles.

They keep having all these great sales, now it’s 30% off neon colors… and you can’t stack points on sale items. I’m sitting on a lot of points too lol

Yea thats my one major beef with them. They dont allow using discounts when using points, ive asked a few times to no avail.
With that said however, they were having their get 3 free when spending 200+. luckily i just surpassed that threshold, got 3 free pairs, and was able to use all my points.

They have been fantastic with shipping to Canada; they offer 20% off and duties pre-paid. Unfortunately cant be applied when using points.

I will say, i did have a shipping issue with them at the end of last year, was in a mild rush for the order due to leaving for a trip (i ordered 3 months beforehand), and they were able to make it right so i got everything in time. Honestly that kind of customer service was more then i expected, and i couldn't be happier.

The only thing i think they could improve on with their product is thermo labeling inside the underwear so i know what size they are. I bounce between 2 sizes depending on style, and its always handy to see what size it actually is when i grab a pair. More so i have an ideal if i want to order more. At the moment they use these removable labels which don't stay on.
