Any other younger thong wearers?
I'm new here!
I'm 23 and have been wearing thongs since I was 19. My collection consists of almost all Gregg Homme with a few pairs of Calvin Klein. My favorites are the torridz thong and the wonder G-string but I'm always looking for more suggestions on what to buy next!
I'm not quite an everyday wearer as my job is physical and requires lots of bending and movement that might expose a thong and I don't feel comfortable showing off. So I mostly wear them after work and all weekend.
Just from what I've browsed on here today, it seems that a good amount of you guys here are middle aged or so. I'm happy to represent a younger generation of thong wearers here lol!

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah I like wearing something that's different from the norm. I personally don't know anyone else who wears a thong so it's nice that I found this forum of like minded people!TANGA TANGA wrote: Tue Dec 03, 2024 4:41 am Welcome to the forum. I just wish I had the courage to wear them 24/7 lol.

Welcome to the group. I also got my first thong when I was 19, but I am 43 now. It was easier to find thongs in big box stores when I started, they were still against the norm, but at least you could see them in person. I'm glad to see some of the younger generation is realizing how comfortable they are. Only my wife knows I wear thongs, so don't feel bad about not being comfortable showing off. Over time you'll get more comfortable with wearing a thong and forget you put it on before work.

I've only ever seen them in store once at a Calvin Klein outlet. I wish they were more readily available other than online! I might need to find some different fitting jeans so I don't show a tail if I do wear one to work.David_NC wrote: Tue Dec 03, 2024 8:55 am Welcome to the group. Welcome to the party! We are glad you are here.
Good choices! Personally I love the Gregg Homme stuff I have. I also have some CK, but not much. I've been shying away from the cotton fabrics in favor of the spandex fabrics over the past couple of years.MidwestThonger wrote: Mon Dec 02, 2024 6:57 pm I'm 23 and have been wearing thongs since I was 19. I understand that feeling. I suspect you will eventually get to the point where you are going to wear the thongs and strings all the time because they are more comfortable, and u you don't give a damn what others think. That's where I am these days.MidwestThonger wrote: Mon Dec 02, 2024 6:57 pm I'm not quite an everyday wearer as my job is physical and requires lots of bending and movement that might expose a thong and I don't feel comfortable showing off. I am really glad to hear that younger guys are interested in better underwear. Hopefully you will be able to help influence others to up their game too.MidwestThonger wrote: Mon Dec 02, 2024 6:57 pm Just from what I've browsed on here today, it seems that a good amount of you guys here are middle aged or so. That is the goal I have! They are the most comfortable and (in my opinion) the best looking underwear for men. It's just hard for me to get to that mindset of not caring what others may think of me if they see a thong.I understand that feeling. I hope I have some small part in making them more accepted among the masses. Lol!I am really glad to hear that younger guys are interested in better underwear. Hopefully you will be able to help influence others to up their game too.
I definitely will ask away on here!If you have any questions or need any help, please ask. We are always happy to help and impart what we have learned over the years.

Just wondering what kind of job do you have? When I was 19-20 I was a baggage handler in Hawaii. The bending, constant sweat, and humidity, chaffing was uncomfortable in my boxer briefs and briefs so I tried some string bikinis (Joe boxer) maybe and they were so comfortable and really helped with the issues I had. I don’t think I ever thought about exposing myself though since they were still a full back coverage and I mostly always wore a tucked in shirt and long work shirt. But once I moved on and away to live on my own, I started experimenting with other types of underwear including thongs. I’ve been in office jobs since so haven’t really had any issues aside from one girl seeing my thong when I was helping her get something from the top shelf. I remember her comment was ‘I guess it’s just underwear’ and kinda giggled.. and I honestly had no idea what she was talking about. In fact I still not 100% sure and I think about it all these years later. We still work together and it has never came up.MidwestThonger wrote: Mon Dec 02, 2024 6:57 pm my job is physical and requires lots of bending and movement that might expose a thong and I don't feel comfortable showing off. I work a manufacturing job. Lots of twisting and contorting myself into small areas in the product we make to install different things. Even with a belt my pants still end up riding very low after a bit and would expose a thong lol.mbit415 wrote: Thu Dec 05, 2024 3:01 amJust wondering what kind of job do you have? Re: Any other younger thong wearers?
M.W.T., I've wandered over from the "Bar None Bikini Ranch" to also offer my welcome to you! Nice to see the younger guys discovering just how comfortable, supportive (and, YES!, sexy) microwear can be in the various experiences of our lives. I enjoy the role it plays in my own life, inspiring me to work out, eat right, enjoy them teeny tanlines, and hone my smokin' abs
during my 72nd year. (Yes, some of us are in the "Middle Age Category
" but if you try to do the right things, you can remain a "client" of "Oar, Gazz, & MM" for quite some time!) I understand your concerns about "flashing" the guys at work, but your focus (and rightly so!) is doing your job safely, and it doesn't sound like you've noticed any of the other guys having that trouble, because YOUR attention is on the product you are building. As should be THEIR focus as well. If you are "flashing," briefly, so what? Same for the other guys. Considering the various movements you (and the others) are making throughout the workday, it sounds like thongs would be ideal for support, comfort, and maximum freedom of movement. Unless you change into (and out of) your work clothes in a locker room at the plant, how will anyone else know what you are wearing, anyway? And why should it be their business? Besides,
some of the other guys may be wearing thongs already! Or a colleague may notice yours and ask how you like them. Forward to victory!!!
