So I have a visit to a new Osteopath today and went with bikini full back underwear. How do others process this? I think once I am comfortable with them and the process I would be happy in a thong. I wear a thong to massages regularly. I have been thinking about my next skin cancer check have not come up with a decision yet.

I do. I have just embraced it. I have to get injections here and there and had to slightly drop my pants, lift up my thong and shirt for an injection in the buttocks by a female or male medical assistants. So far it's been no problem. Though I still don't go walking around in public without my shirt off or wear a thong on crowded beaches!
For one surgical procedure I had to have my hair almost completely shaved down there (and most of my chest for sensors). The female medical assistant was great and had a sense of humor, I had a sense of humor. She said she was getting me ready for bikini season. She did not give me a full Brazilian (I jokingly called it a Ukrainian) and had to finish the shaving job after the procedure a day or two later as it was definitely incomplete. I definitely missed my hairy chest.

I´ve visited doctor with only a Skinz M77 mesh lycra python thong on.
It went normally.

I typically wear thongs to the doctor's office...it just seems to make sense to do that and it's not like they've never seen it all before...I'd rather be comfy!

I did the last time I went to the doctor, but it wasn't something that needed to be visible. I wouldn't mind at this point though, I'm going to wear what I enjoy wearing!

Since I wear thongs as my everyday underwear, I don't change it up when going to the doctor. Never had a comment or even a glance from the nurses or doctors.

I wear my gstring everyday. Not switching my underwear for a doctor's appointment.
Last visit to the doctor she checked my prostate. I pulled my gstring down.

Yes, I do wear a thong when I visit my doctor. It is the style of underwear that I wear 99 percent of the time other than the odd Tanga brief.
I have worn both styles to the doctors surgery over the years. Mainly plain ones , including pink! .Never had any negative comments/body language .
Been wearing thong underwear since 1993, and Tanga briefs since the mid 1980's.

Yes, I wear a thong when I go to my dermatologist for my regular skin screening. They take lots of photos of my skin from lots of angles. I used to take their paper modesty gowns, but I've quit doing that because they always end up in a wad in my lap anyway.
