Male body hair positivity?

Is it me, or is body hair becoming more acceptable on men wearing sexy underwear/swimwear?

As I have becoming more of a researcher and connoisseur of skimpy mens underwear (always trying to find the perfect pair), I’ve been noticing more “hairy” mens models. I am appreciating the body, or I should say, body hair positivity, that I am seeing out there.

What do folks think? Are people seeing a change?

I know when I was young and going through puberty, body hair freaked me out. And I was always ashamed of having too much pubic hair and wearing skimpy underwear. When I was a cyclist, I probably would have paid have my pubic hair front and back lasered from all the friction, etc, and embarrassment). I always loved my leg hair and was never ashamed of that.

Now, I think I want to rock it a little more. I’m not sure that I like being totally shaved down there, though I do like being nicely groomed. I hate it when things are out of control down there. I don’t think I want hair just spilling out everywhere and feel too much is gross (to me). Though, it seems like trends are changing, and I’m seeing more body hair on models for sexy men’s underwear. I do think women look better a little more groomed down there. But I love underarm hair on a woman - it’s like super edgy and counter cultural while still being groomed downstairs.

What are thoughts on body hair? I think i’m glad people feel free to do whatever they like and it seems more acceptable on men wearing skimpier attire.

I don't mind male models having body hair on their chests, backs and legs etc, but I don't like to see their pubic hair spilling out of skimpy g-strings, thongs and bikinis.

I've been doing a total body shave for at least six years now. I've never been particularly hairy to begin with, but I decided to "take it all off" :P when I got my Skinzwear M73. I work on a tan at a local tanning salon a few days a week year round to cultivate those teeny  tanlines (with only the middle third of my butt covered), and I looove the smooth look! (My hair started coming out in college. Whats is left is gray, and I get my head basically shaved every other week. I've also had a beard and moustache for 44 years, now gray as well.) Yes, I even trim "there," but I use a body trimmer and it is safe and reasonably comfortable. (Just go slow!) I shave every so often as needed, then smooth on some cocoa-butter lotion. Give it a try and see what you think! Remember, it will grow back, and you may decide to selectively shave specific areas, based on what you think works best for you. I like my overall appearance, often acquiring a "slight stiffness" 8-) as I check out my "progress" in the mirror!

Yes, I totally agree. That much hair down there for me or on my wife is not my thing (to me at least). Though I have heard some people are into that, which is awesome, but not for me... I do appreciate that I see more body hair on more models, and it shows that I'm not alone!

I'm an extremely hairy old guy, my back has more hair than anyone else at the Beach. I trim around my tiny thongs and bikinis, and no one has ever complained, except once when I wore a women's one-piece suit. The guy said I was too hairy for that, and preferred my skimpy bikinis, to show as much skin as possible. I threw out the one-piece suit. My partner and I enjoy stroking our furry bodies.
