Skin cancer check up

Hi guys,
I’ve an appointment for a skin cancer check up on Friday.
I’m wondering what to wear? I’m an almost exclusive G string and thong wearer these days.
Should I just wear what I normally wear or should I wear something a little bit more conservative, like a bikini brief?
This is only my second ever appointment getting almost naked in front of a doctor, just wondering what others do?

The doctor needs to see as much skin as possible, so your usual wear seems ideal. Bring a clean, extra thong you can change into just in case.

I agree with Bikenswim, but here are two more points to consider. First, your doctor may have seen any number of patients wearing microwear (which still provides modesty :D in its own "small" way!). And I can't help but feel that some patients show up "commando." (Who knows what may be "seen" by physician residents covering Saturday-night shifts in the ER of a college town?!? )

Just wear a regular thong or string.

They will likely offer you a paper gown to cover up with, but I forgo those altogether these days because they always just end up wadded up anyway.

Act naturally, be normal. There is nothing weird going on.

Judging by the scorching hot temperatures in your part of the world, I would imagine skin cancer checks are as common as dental checkups, so I would expect your medical staff have seen it all. Wear what makes you feel comfortable, but all that really matters is that you get a clean bill of health. Sending you best wishes for a positive outcome.

Not sure why I’d need and extra thong?

Yes, we Aussies have the highest skin cancer rate in the world, so regular checks are the way to go, so far I’ve been careful and lucky. My ex Father in law was a patchwork quilt of laser removal and small ops to get rid of them.
Thanks for your best wishes.

I usually wear briefs — most of the time the doctor doesn’t even want me completely naked.

Saw this at the top of the feed. I had wondered about this question too. I also live in Australia and have the regular skin check.
My last one I thought stuff it, I would imagine that they see women in thongs every day so why not me.
I picked a black one, just wore it with confidence and it was perfect. No comment, did not notice anything different than usual other than she did not need to lift my briefs to peak under. Definitely changed my confidence and I would not think twice again would just be in whatever I had on that day.
