Just curious if anyone has experience with this brand? I’m a little torn on what size to order. Do these fit particularly small? I hate my nuts being smashed

You probably want to go with the larger size if you fall between sizes for a less snug fit is my guess. I float 32/33" in pants. So that puts me in a M or a L with Modus Vivendi. I typically like a snugger fit, so I went medium with the pair I have. For me the fit works. The pair I have is pretty much a flat front also for reference.
