I’ve been wearing bikinis to motel pools for decades. I’ve now gotten a few looks but only once did anybody comment. About ten years ago I was at a motel on Cape Cod wearing a Parr of Arizona (now defunct) string bikini. It had a very brief front pouch front and a classic rio sized back, not a thong but close. It was as naked as I’ve ever gotten at a motel. Initially the pool was deserted waterlogged but soon in walked a group of young to middle age women (maybe seven). A group of gospel singers from Boston on a local church visit to perform at a Sunday evening service. They didn’t enter the water but simply hung out with some wine. I was getting waterlogged so I got out of the pool and headed for my towel which was in the same areas as the women. The pool area became silent when they noticed me. Then they started in with some good natured banter. They were polite and very cordial – couldn’t have been nicer. It was truly a thrill for me to be standing among them, me practically nude, having an altogether good time.

Are there any recommended "thong friendly" resorts in California / Nevada or even Texas? I guess, we could just make any place thong friendly. We are not into pure naturist resorts as we prefer thongs and micro thongs.

My wife and I want to head south sometime in the next year. I'm not a big city person and would prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle; though, we would like to head south for sunnier climates when the weather is bad in the PNW.

Does anyone have any resort recommendations in Nevada / California / Texas? Hoping to avoid big city hustle and bustle...

We are also looking into some clothing optional resorts in Texas that seem to be a bit more away from the big city business and traffic.
Once a year we go to bare fun in the sun resort in Bacliff Texas. It’s incredible.
Thanks for the tip!!!
