I prefer ironically, a flat seamless front to minimize bulge. I don't want my crotch mashed down, but just the minimum amount of coverage to allow comfortable v shape front. I'm not a fan of the enhancers and bullet styles. The fabric can be just about any type from fishnet, sheer, sheer when wet, or unlined and no visibility.

I'm a "flat fronter", too - it just feels better. My Speedo is a racing suit - you get a flat front whether you want it or not. Probably get less "complaints" (the old double standard: women in skimpy bikinis = OK, men with a bulge or bullet = "you can't wear that here").

The exhibitionist in me loves my Joe Snyder bulge thongs and my Skinzwear M77/M55 … but my favorite bulge suit is the Tropical Thongs bulge. I’m an average size guy and their bulge suits lift me up and out and are just loose enough that the bulge swings a little left and right when I walk. Perfect for when I’m feeling like showing off. I Wore two on beach walks in the evening down on Hollywood Beach, Fl boardwalk this past weekend. My wife and I passed a cop and he just laughed and smiled.

The bulge is just like a speedo. I wear women's thong bathing suits to the beach. Victorias Secret fit the best on me.

Nude beaches are the best and least judgemental I have found.

Koalaswim makes some suits that enhance the bulge, and others that hide the bulge completely. They even have a Neoprene Skin Diver Bikini that has a flat front but pouch room between the legs so you look flat but don't feel squashed, which I liked.

I have to wear long board shorts. My package won’t fit into a normal bikini or Speedo type design. It’s too obscene to try and cram myself into one of those even though my wife has wanted me to try it but to no avail. I have to wear something under them to hold my package down or when the suit gets wet it’s just a very obvious showing of my size.

Some thong brands offer small modifications, like Muscleskins and iSwim. If you ask them they add extra fabric to the pouch.
Muscleskins states they can make a pouch for every guy.
