I'm guessing very tight trousers/jeans that hug your undercarriage. 
lol I’ve never had luck with them till now. Ordered from body wear for men. I’m assuming there’s some sort of wire around the pouch you can shape. Rear strap is the same. Wearing jeans that aren’t real tight.
