I sleep in thongs every night since I started wearing them, I never got inspired or felt sexy. I feel embarrassed if a girl had inner thoughts to laugh, put down or leave me for keeping it that way. I feel comfortable and free while kept in place as far as support.
Being a decent six to seven inches depending on my mood with my female partner. I simply grew up always comfortable in briefs. Getting older and learning there is even smaller, trying the fit out I only grew the fear of being shunned and shamed for being caught sleeping like that having no respect or privacy to feel okay to keep going and being open to me being the only small underwear person I know.

For my part, I could not imagine any woman that would be with a man that still wears the same style of underwear that he has been wearing since his mommy potty-trained him. Y-fronts are for boys and in my opinion, boxers are for grandad. I haven't worn Y-fronts since I was 14 and will never go back. And for those who say that men of a certain age should not be wearing thongs or bikinis, but instead should be wearing boxer briefs, I would say that I have no intention of throwing out my skimpies until old age and infirmity forces me into adult diapers! I despise that I am told because I am a certain age or body type, that there are certain styles of men's underwear that I am not allowed to wear! My philosophy is, that unless you are buying my food, paying my bills, or sharing my bed, do not tell me how to live my life!

Hmm let's see, I truly love to sleep with my underwear on every night. Especially feeling I won't be invaded on and made fun of/ shamed upon for feeling great not noticing them at all throughout a 24 hr period. I for one, all my life; when its quiet and I am more than close to completely sleep. I only wear a thong now. depending on the weather/ time of season (summer: With a shirt off & winter shirt or a kimono cardigan or nothing: as I love to thrive in colder weather)

If in all cases, I inspired myself. I only show for content on my profiles without going as far as spotting my tattoos online randomly as a pop up or someone that may of hacked, as that the new thing( lucky I went to school for information Tech, I.P Address have to go at some point and time.) So I haven't ran into that problem nor person(s) that won't let me be a straight, extremely introvert man who loves the support of smaller fitting underwear. Any ways, a little more on why I enjoy smaller underwear since young:

Hello, "Why!" I've read your posts, and I have some questions for you. First...when the ladies go to see male strippers, the guys are stripping down to string bikinis, thongs or g-strings to thrill them. Do the ladies think they are gay? Second...lots of ladies like to see bodybuilders posing in string-bikini or thong-style posing suits. Do the ladies think they are gay? If you go to a beach where microwear is welcomed for both men and women, what do you think will happen as you confidently stroll around? You will enjoy looking at the ladies, and THEY will enjoy looking at YOU! Projecting ourselves as sensual and sexual beings is a universal human need. We guys here on the Forum have an advantage! We KNOW and EMBRACE that need, and we see our choices in microwear as helping us fulfill that need under various circumstances (strolling the beach comfortably in public, and as part of foreplay in private). And in our daily lives (at work or at home, shopping and the like), we know the advantages of microwear as underwear for support and comfort as well. I'm gay and was born that way, just as you are straight. Our individual orientations were not caused by our choice of underwear or swimwear. For gay, straight and bi guys, the needs are the same. The ONLY difference is the "significant other(s)"! On one beach vacation, I enjoyed seeing a fit, tanned straight couple sporting " his-and-hers" black string bikinis that left little to the imagination! , and I'd say the guy was not worried about being thought of as gay. I remember you said in one of your posts that you have a nice endowment, and I'd say that you work out as well. If you feel good about your body, project that confidence by comfortably wearing what YOU want whenever appropriate. Ignore the people who complain and are insulting. They are simply showing they are envious and lazy. If possible, enjoy a vacation at a beach which welcomes microwear for both men and women! As here on the Forum, you will be with others with a common interest, and you might meet the right lady who enjoys microwear as much as you do (both in public and ...elsewhere...)

It is a true shame that we are subjected to such a stereotype about what is acceptable and what is not when it comes to underwear and swimwear. For most of us we received the message that the only acceptable underwear was the standard white brief, boxer briefs or boxers. If you’re wearing swimwear more brief than board shorts “you’re a freak.” To this day I hear that type of rhetoric from my family. (They don’t know I wear thongs every day. They don’t know I only wear thongs to the pool or beach.) The result for to many of us is the feeling we need to hide, find the most secluded spot we can on the beach or give up and not wear a thong or bikini brief at all. It takes courage and determination to overcome this social shaming. We’ve all heard the Eew and gross and that’s not right statement. I know for some of us those comments hurt, saturated our souls and left us confused.

If I can encourage us to be more open with our bikini and thong wearing I would be happy. Since I started wearing thongs publicly I’ve had many more compliments and words of encouragement than any negatives. I’ve had people come to talk with me because of what I was wearing. This has happened at hotel pools, resorts and beaches. I met one of my best friends because she saw me wearing a thong and loved my confidence. My intimate partners have loved my thongs. They like to see what I might be wearing when I undress. Early on I used to be concerned and shy. That changed quickly when I got very positive reactions.

“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Most of us started there. By being comfortable with who you are, being confident, being bold and being strong we all can be the person we truly are. Wear your bikini or thong with pride.and if you ever need encouragement, we, this community, is her to give you encouragement.

BTW…. I don’t wear a thong to bed for sleep. Got to have some thong free time at least once a day

I usually sleep in what I wore for the day. I like to sleep in my thongs , bikinis and fashion jockstraps.

I give you props Guitar T on wearing thongs publicly, that is awesome . I didnt get much beach time this year , but i still haven't been able to work up the courage to wear a bikini or thong . I have just secretly worn them under my boardshorts .
