Warmer weather

It was 22C (71F) yesterday and two days ago in Montreal, Canada, and I went to the beach two days in a row.

It was warm enough to tan in a thong. There were not a lot of people on the beach, and I had the skimpiest swimsuit on.

When do you guys start tanning in a thong, and what is your ideal temperature?

I will get out to the beach in a thong when the temperature reaches 72F, minimally. Before that I will be on my deck out of the wind and protected at 68F. I’m not a fan of the cold. My ideal beach weather is 85F or more. I was out today for a little while. It made it to 76F, but there was a wind so it never felt super warm to me.

It's been abnormally warm here in Central NC the last couple of weeks so I've had 4 or 5 days of being in the sun wearing a Muscleskins torpedo thong on my back deck. It's been great!

From now up till school summer holidays is a good time - after schools break up, you get more families and children, which in paranoid Anglo-Saxon culture is bad news for those who don't want to wear those awful boardies!

I agree with Delabole. The beach I go to gets really crowded in July, so I like to go to the beach around this time of the year.

It's not even summer here in Texas and it already feels like a furnace. Last night our AC was down so we had to use giant fans to cool us down.

I went to bed in one of my swim bikinis, though sometimes just a thong because sometimes even when the AC was working, I get hot very easily.

We were in TX this week visiting family (San Antonio) and you are right, that heat is already insane! I did get some pool time at the hotel and wore my blue Funk Trunks briefs.

I am in TX too, (Houston) and the funny part is that this is just the preheat and wear around 90-95 average. Unfortunately I don't have access to a pool anymore, but when I was living in my apartment, whenever I was at the pool, I wear thongs time to time and nobody complain about it.
