Wearing a swim thong in public can be quite intimidating the very first time you do it, especially as a male coz not too many fellas are seen wearing a thong in public. For the past 5 years my swimsuit of choice is a thong and that's the only swimwear style that I choose to wear. Once you get over the initial butterflies, it gets easier every time you wear a thong in a public place. I wear a swim thong every time I go to the beach and I don't mind being the only guy wearing a thong, but it's also great at the same time when other fellas are wearing one besides myself.

Yep, totally agree, hard at first, but gets easier every time, now it’s almost all I wear, I’ve even started to wear g-strings to the beach, the smaller the better. The first time I wore a g-string I forced myself to walk up and down the beach, what a thrill, no one died, no one had a fit, no one commented. I’m reasonably fit, so my bum looked pretty good. I also have a small collection of gstring swimwear that I've worn to the beach and you are correct, coz it is a thrill wearing something quite small to the beach. It's exhilarating walking up and down the beach wearing a small gstring, going for a dip in the ocean and then laying down on a towel to capture some vitamin D is certainly a great feeling. Though not too many fellas wear thong or gstring swimwear, I personally think it's the best beach/swim wear attire to wear and I definately feel a sense of confidence when wearing them at the beach.

Great choice. I've ordered from iswim and Tangaland but not from mategear. They all have a great range of small gstring style swim wear available and it's certainly fun and sexy to wear at the beach. I like the small triangle back style gstring and have a few pairs that I enjoy wearing to the beach.

I am happy to report that I was able to wear a thong publicly in Korea. I must say, it was difficult to muster up the courage because a lot of Koreans were in street clothes at the beach. I was about to chicken out, but fortunately, I spotted a guy tanning in a skimpy g-string swimsuit at Haeundae Beach in Busan. He seemed unfazed by the people around him, and he gave me the confidence to go for it.

I did get a few looks, but no one said anything negative.

(By the way, have you signed up for some sessions at a tanning parlor yet? Check out some close to your home for prices, service, and staff expertise. If you find one that is a good fit, consider starting slowly for just a few minutes, perhaps twice a week, and gradually increase up to the recommend limit. Wear your favorite thong to develop your tan lines. Or perhaps a g-string! Or go nude with a cock sock from the start if a nude tan sounds appealing. Keep us informed! )

That's probably why I like wearing my swim bikinis in places where there are lot of people who aren't from the US because they don't have these hangups. Even if they say something negative, you will likely not understand them anyway.

I actually saw the images on IG and thought the beach was very beautiful. It is unique to see a beach and huge buildings right beyond that. The suits you wore looked great also.
