Down for me! I’ve got about 200 thongs and G’s but only one thong that is designed to wear up!

Down is always how it naturally sits.
Sometimes when I pull up a thong or brief it gets
Into the up position.
Feels wrong for me.

I am an UP wearer. That`s why I don`t like trunks and boxer briefs, these are not made to hold the up position.
Wearing down is terribly uncomfortable for me. But I am probably in minotity because of popularity of trunks

Personally i like it down or sideways because it gives me a fuller look. If its up, it makes it look flat, which i dont like. I know that there are some brands that have "torpedo" or "pistol" underwear, i personally dont like those. I think it ruins the mystery of what kind of package I have.

Usually up and to the left. Just the way it feels most comfortable.

Down, it feels natural in daytime wear and compresses my balls while wearing a snug fit nighttime thong.

Pointing down for me, too. I've tried on my Skinzwear M73 when fully erect, and my shaft is held comfortably in a downward curve, producing a nice bulge. I do a total bodyshave, and have a small (but noticeable!) dimple just above the base of the shaft from doing the ab vac. The "fullness" holds the pouch a little lower, producing complete abdominal exposure!

It depends of the undies shape in fact: if it's a low waist cut, my favorite, then pointing down is the only and best option, and everything is held properly. Otherwise, point left up.

Definitely depends on what I'm wearing. Some thongs are absolutely meant to be worn "down" (and accentuate things - n2n thongs come to mind) while others just feel more comfortable to "up"
