You might also want to look at swimwear from Sukrew in the UK. They have a great pouch in front that is most accommodating.! I'm a 40-inch waist and these fit me just fine. They offer swim briefs and swim.thongs.

I'm only about 5.5 cut and wear a B-pouch in RMAC undies so I'm not that big either.
