You might also want to look at swimwear from Sukrew in the UK. They have a great pouch in front that is most accommodating.! I'm a 40-inch waist and these fit me just fine. They offer swim briefs and swim.thongs.

Thanks, to be honest, having looked them up, I'm not that big up front to really need a big pouch for support :lol:

I'm only about 5.5 cut and wear a B-pouch in RMAC undies so I'm not that big either. But I do like the Sukrew pouch!
