Have to say it doesn't sound hygienic or healthy to wear the same underwear,especially something as intimate as a thong, for that length of time. I wouldn't feel right if I didn't change my underwear,socks,shirts, t-shirts etc daily, and I couldn't live with a partner who didn't change their intimate clothing for days on end.

Yep, I second that! I sometimes wear 3 or 4 in a day, if I’m going to the gym, getting showered after, doing someth8ng else, I can easily change into several different outfits and of course undies.

If I'm not traveling.... Then the longest is probably 8-10 hours. I have so many awesome thongs and feel like I might as well use them! I change after work, after sleep, after shower, etc. and usually end up wearing 3 pairs of underwear on a given day. I feel more hygienic but also get to use all my fun colors!

On a travel day, I've probably gone up to 12-14 hours.
