I’m from Australia and don’t even know who Jenna Bush is, but what a weird thing to do on air.
He’s a wholesome looking guy with three beautiful young girls all enjoying swimming at the beach together as a family.
What’s not to love about that? Is that the worst you’ve got to report?
She's the daughter of former U.S. president George W Bush.

A man wearing a speedo publicly at a beach? How shocking! And then Dwayne Wade's reaction, why does he care what another man is wearing if it covers all? Oh, man thighs! The horror!
And if it were a middle-aged woman who is 40 pounds overweight, they would be falling all over themselves about how stunning and brave she is, and owning her her body and not being ashamed of her few extra pounds. But a young man in his late 20s, who is physically fit and decided to rock a bikini swim brief is mocked, scorned and ridiculed?! This is the hypocritical double standard that men have to face every day. Where women are encouraged to be proud if their bodies, and wear skimpy thongs and bikinis, while men are given a double standard to be made to feel ashamed of our bodies, and God forbid that they wear anything that is tight and hugs the body and might show his penis-bulge... oh, we just can't have that!

I'm just thinking to myself, why do people care what other people wear at the beach/pool regardless of size? I hate wearing swim shorts, especially board shorts. They feel like I'm wearing something I would wear on the streets. Bulky and hold all this water when going into the water.
If I can't wear swim bikinis, I'll wear square trunks.

Jason, stick with your briefs and thongs…don’t ever conform.

Bush has obviously never been to a European or South American beach.
I got scolded by my sister for bringing bringing board shorts for my first trip to South America. She picked out briefs for me to wear and thankfully so because every single guy was wearing brief swimwear. I would have looked like a fool on the beach with board shorts.

Wow, I can't believe she (OK, they) said this. +1 on NoOnesOnion87: the old double standard
Glad to see people are pushing back. If a man said this about a woman, he'd have been fired...the same day.

Were you in Brazil? It's the only place in South America where the majority of men (and even then mostly in the southern regions) wear sungas. Speedos and things were more common in the rest of South America, but not since board shorts and the California surfer look arrived in the 90s.

My philosophy is- Unless you're paying my bills, or buying my food, or sharing my bed, don't tell me what to do, or how to live my life!
