The sizing is pretty good. I haven't had to adjust the sizing on these.

JM definitely for daily wearing,
also, Jockey thong are little bit odd on front but they are not bad looking at the gym if you change there,
also, I have some from Grandaxis and they are another thong that are my favorite. have sale atlas thong in different colors. very confortable.

JM are my favorite for everyday, absolutely love them. I just received my first MeUndies thong and it was very good for all day wear. It is not a super skimpy style, so the sides don't dig in. CK is also nice and Jack Adams (pricey) but are very soft for everyday wear.

Those were my go tos for most everyday wear. Love them! The hip bikinis do tend to slide down with my pants sometimes due to the thin elastic. The micro briefs stay put, but typically show above my jeans when sitting or crouched. All in all though, I love both styles!

These are the thong brands that I think are good for everyday wear: JM, CK, 2xist, Gregg Homme, Papi
