So one mild word of warning with the JM skinz, with them almost being in my backyard and super quick and cheap to order and receive thru the post. I have found that the cut and material stretch has slightly changed over the years. I have easily about 30 pairs from the past 10+ years of them manufacturing them.

They definitely have gotten a tad more snug and "streamlined" since their original designs from early 2010's. Its also not because older pairs have stretched, i have a few new older pairs and they definitely have a more forgiving fit. I contacted them about it, and they seem a bit reluctant to change the pattern, even though i know they definitely have. Either the material source has changed, and the stretch is less, or they have cut about 5% of the material out of their manufacturing. Again nothing wrong with it, but if you bought their thongs some time ago, expect the new orders to be a snugger fit.

They used to have an outlet store, ive always wanted to go and see what they have, but i dont know if they still do, and its a few hr trek for me to find out. Overall a great daily thong with a quality build. Its rare for us in Canada to find any companies that make anything here any more.

As far as the best basics i have tried:
1-JM SKINZ or Natura
2-Jack Adams bikini thong (almost the same fit and the JM, just single lined which is nice)
3- Bruno Banani Micro Feel and checker strings (nice stretch and form)
4- Olaf benz Red0965 (super stretch)

I agree with string’n about the JM thong. I love them but I have noticed colors can have a slightly different fit. Still a wonderful thong for everyday. I also have Jack Adams and noticed some colors have a more narrow pouch. The Olaf Benz is on my wish list and I will have to check out Bruno Banani

The easiest and most cost effective way ive been able to get my hands on a few is to browse amazon.co.uk and amazon.fr. ive had no issues placing orders for "ships to canada" items, typically sold by amazon. And the prices and variety is pretty decent if you shop and build up a wish list. Older or not so popular styles typically get reduced week after week. And ive had no issues with amazon shipping to Canada using my Canadian amazon account on the European sites, US should be even easier. Prime doesnt carry over, but the shipping options are sometimes reasonable if you have a decent sized order. Ive scored some absolute deals on arena swim briefs on there, under 10$ give or take when the timing is right. Especially got my hands on a few of the hard to get "santamarias" and "Savatis" arena swim styles.

Search the brand, then sort by lowest price and have some fun filling up your cart.
