Excellent Spanish Beach Experience

Currently on holiday in the Costa Blanca (Spain) and have now had a couple of beach visits with my family. Both times stripped down to a black conservative thong on arrival on a small crowded beach with other tourists and locals with a mix of couples and families.

Not that I was looking for reactions (as I was focusing on being a parent, keeping the kids occupied and safe) but I felt like no one could care less.

Walking to and from the sea, sunbathing, walking my kids to and from the beach shower to wash their feet etc, all of these actions seemed to draw no major looks or issues at all. Sure people might have taken a double look but then it's human nature to double look on something a bit different from the norm. I was the only man in a thong. Another wore a brief, but the rest in massive shorts. For the women on the beach, a third in full back bikini briefs or one piece, another third in cheeky cut and final third in thongs.

Had a wonderful time and the experience felt so normal, which of course it should always do! Because it is normal!

I seriously believe that if you act normally and focus on yourself, people respect that you're just being yourself regardless of the swimwear you wear.

We also visited a zoo with a splash park near Alicante. I opted on this occasion to wear my 3/4 back kiniki black Rio brief. Literally again no one cared. Got me thinking why didn't I just thong! A few women in thongs but mostly full back briefs/one piece. Every other man massive baggy shorts (sigh).

You are right, if you act normal they don’t pay attention on you, also it’s not like we are sexualizing the environment, we are just trying to have a good time.
