How to get used to sleeping in thicker/tighter/firmer undies
I'm someone who generally wears either tight briefs or cheeky/thongs during the day. But at night I wear the loosest, thinnest material undies for sleeping.
I want to change that. I want to eventually get used to sleeping in thongs, but I'm starting small and for now just trying to make it through a night sleeping in my normal daytime underwear, which is usually made thicker material and is tighter. But I can't. My mind focuses on it. I just won't fall asleep and eventually after looking at the time for the 10th time I'll get up, wear my sleep underwear, and fall asleep.

What I'm trying to sleep in right now: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B082F16H ... asin_title
Anyone got any tips or things I should be doing?
Welcome to the forum. As someone who always sleeps naked, I'm probably not the best person to advise on this topic. However, I would say that any garment that disrupts your sleep, or makes falling asleep difficult, is probably not for you. Having your genitals scrunched up in tight underwear 24/7 is a subject that seems to concern some in the medical profession, but there are guys on here who don't find it an issue. Hopefully the members of the forum will come up with better advice than I can give.

CheekySith, welcome to the forum! The underwear you are trying is not going to work well for sleeping. Those should be worn only during the day. I highly recommend the Doreanse Air Thong for sleeping. I either sleep nude or in this thong. It is extremely lightweight, you can barely feel the strap in between your cheeks if fitted correctly. You'll feel completely nude in the back and a little snug support it in front with this thong. I fall asleep quickly in it. Sweet dreams.CheekySith wrote: Mon Jun 10, 2024 3:51 am I'm someone who generally wears either tight briefs or cheeky/thongs during the day. Thank you for the response. I suppose it makes sense that my daily underwear wouldn't work for sleeping. I always thought that I was supposed to be able to wear them but something was wrong with me lol.

I also like to wear tight briefs or thongs during the day, and flat-front thongs or bikinis at the Beach. I like the look and the squeeze. Sometimes if I can't fall asleep in a loose bikini, I will put on one of my tight or flat-front suits, which relaxes me and I sleep soundly. They are tighter than the ones you are wearing. I don't recommend it, as we are all different.

Yes, I agree that everyone sort of has to find their own way, and a good night's sleep is definitely crucial for that! That said, I sleep in the same type or even same undies (often) that I had on during the day. Since my wardrobe is only tight string bikinis and thongs, that's sleeping as well. Not sure how to "train" out of that, other than to just do it. It's been since 9th grade that I've worn just underwear and a T-shirt (generally short, and often cut off to belly button or just above) to bed.

How did you get to the point where you feel more relaxed in tighter underwear? I feel relaxed enough awake, but when I lie in bed my brain can't think about anything else if I'm wearing those undies.Bikenswim wrote: Tue Jun 11, 2024 7:01 am I also like to wear tight briefs or thongs during the day, and flat-front thongs or bikinis at the Beach. My partner says the same thing, and he is very ticklish. I enjoy any skin contact from people or clothing. Maybe it is because I am not ticklish at all.CheekySith wrote: Thu Jun 13, 2024 12:30 amHow did you get to the point where you feel more relaxed in tighter underwear? I usually have an Advil PM to help me sleep anyway...maybe that helps? Personally, I don't know...I've been sleeping in tight/skimpy bikini briefs since I was 13 so 35+ years of practice, I guess!

The items you show are cotton, I can't sleep in them either. They pinch and bind, and trap things. I like an old spandex swim bikini or thong that is well-worn and stretchy. It fits like a jock, nice and snuggly, nothing flops around. I like the squeeze.Bikenswim wrote: Thu Jun 13, 2024 2:30 amMy partner says the same thing, and he is very ticklish. Do you have any good suggestions for swim briefs to sleep in? Something like this perhaps?Bikenswim wrote: Fri Jun 14, 2024 8:16 amThe items you show are cotton, I can't sleep in them either.
