Thonging in Tenerife

Hey all I’ve just returned from 10 days in Tenerife and want to tell you all about my experience I made the decision to only pack thong underwear and thong swimwear I also had a nice thong on under my tracksuit at the airport I was a bit nervous at the body scanner but just went through as normal I had a thong on every time I went to the hotel pool and the beach and stayed there for hours each day sunbathing and swimming and never got any complaints from anyone the odd person did have a little laugh and giggle but I found this was only from English speaking people most of the local people and other holiday makers was very welcoming and I even made a couple of friends male and female from Italy around the pool and went out for drinks with them and not once did mention anything about my thongs even though I’d spent hour’s with the wearing a thong during the day on one of the days I was at the pool side bar getting a drink and there was a group of girls there for a hen party there was about 7 or 8 of them some was wearing thong bikinis and some just regular bikinis they was all a little intoxicated and having a laugh when one of them who was also wearing a thong out of nowhere said to me your very brave obviously knowing she was talking about my choice of swimwear I just replied you must be very brave to she just laughed and said if you’ve got it flaunt it and after that we got into general conversation and I had a few drinks with them on one of my trips to the beach I was approached by a guy around 30 hwo was from France he was wearing speedo type briefs and we got into to conversation he told me he also likes to wear thongs but does not feel comfortable enough to wear them to the beach because of what people might think I told him just to go for it after that I never seen him again most day when I got back to my room it had been cleaned by the cleaning staff and if I’d left any of my clothes including thongs lying around they was put in a nice neat pile for me it has certainly boosted my confidence a lot I’ve Worn thongs to the beach before but never felt has comfortable or has confident as this time in my opinion if we all was to wear thongs more openly at beaches and pools it would start to be I little less taboo the amount of females I seen while on holiday at the pool and the beach wearing thongs was absolutely crazy probably just as many if not more wearing thongs than regular swimwear and none of them looked embarrassed it was just normal so why can’t it be just normal for us to wear what we feel comfortable wearing please take my advice and just go for it guys be open about your choices I even had some nice white linen trousers that you could clearly see my thongs through I put on some evenings when it was cooler and I can’t wait for summer now in the uk so I do this more often

Well done James !! we all felt proud for you !! Me for sure !! i was about your age when i started wearing swimthongs and i never looked back since then.I like thong tan line for many reasons..the main one is that it fits to my underwear.imagine having a speedo tan line and wear a thong underwear.The cheeks are white and i dont like it.
i enjoy my swimthongs and as i live in a island in mediterranean sea i enjoy the sea and the sun about six months every year.

Great to hear. Something for me to aspire to. I wear my swim thongs on the beaches in the Canary Island but not yet had the courage to wear them around the pool.

Stayed in KN Hotel in Costa Calma Fuerteventura, wife and I both wore G Strings around the outdoor and indoor spa pool every day , it’s an adults only hotel.
