Mine is a Japanese kuroneko fundoshi. It’s a traditional garment and fits and looks very much like a modern thong, but has no elastic and has to be tied a certain way. It’s easy to tie once you get used to it and is extremely comfortable. I enjoy wearing it.
So what’s your most unusual pair?

I think my one sided Jok thong takes some beating, although my C-string might disagree. Both are almost impossible to keep in place and are more of a novelty value than a practical one. The C-string is great if you are sunbathing naked and have to do a quick cover up.

I’ve got an old elevator thong from KingStyle (back when they were called KingSize). It’s probably 20 years old. Has a mesh ball pouch, and the upper pouch forces your shaft to point upward.
It’s not the sexiest but feels great/erotic to wear

I have some slingshot gaff thongs, intended for cross-dressers to look flat in front. That is an unusual wish! I like the squeeze. The smooth look is fine for a crowded beach, too, and they stay on in rough surf.

I bought a black and white PPU Tux Thong to wear on our wedding night. This is probably the first thong my wife ever saw, she was a little shocked when I came out of the bathroom wearing it. I was her butler for the evening. I don't think it's been worn more than 2 times.

Back in the late 90s = early 2000s I had some underwear that was like a satin loin cloth with a sling / hammock in the front. I would love to still have them.
