Psittacus brand

Hello - has anyone tried Psittacus brand? They are on IG, have their own website and sell via Etsy - - they are made in Spain, I liked and wanted to try their thongs for some time, but am always worried to buy international not knowing if sizing will be right. If you have seen their IG account, the owner/spokesperson, well I am not built like him - but they have Christmas themed thongs and I MUST HAVE THEM. if you have ever purchased from this brand please respond with out their sizing runs. I wear a large in JM, Calvin Klein, C-in2, 2xist... would that be accurate for Psittacus as well? Thank you in advance

H David. I had a look at their website and immediately recognized the model from Instagram. I haven't bought from them and I don't recall Nate reviewing any of their garments, but I would say European sizing tends to be more accurate than the Far East market. Their medium size thongs are 85cm-95cm or approx 33.5"-37.5" The large thongs are 95cm-105cm or approx 37.5"-41.5" Usually I would advise someone who isn't sure of their size to buy just the one item before ordering more, but when buying from abroad the cost of shipping/postage might not be economical. Perhaps our Spanish forum member Tacoronte will see this and be more informed on this brand, or you could send him a PM.

I have a few things from Psittacus. I like them. The fit is accurate as long as you pay attention to the size chart. Shipping is fairly fast, Spain to USA. Last purchase was 4 thongs, postage was $7. When they run a sale it is a good deal even with shipping if you buy 3 or more. The prints are fun and flirty. If you wear a large in Calvin Kline I suggest and XL from Psittacus.

I love this brand, i have serveral of their thongs. They are amazing and the patterns are refreshing, as opposed to the standards of just solid colors. I find that they fit accurately, I'm a 24-36 and i wear a large in most american brands and a large from them too. They go off of the Euro so over 150 euros and it's free shipping. Shipping took 10 days total from Spain to CA.
