Any conversations for those that have seen? I am still self conscious that someone will see my thong in those public spaces.

I wear thongs or G strings almost exclusively, I often get a bit of a whale tail when i'm working in jeans, Its also pretty obvious that I'm wearing thongs when I wear shorts (most of my shorts are thin LuluLemon) as you can see darker underwear though them.Thongwearer wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 9:00 pm Any conversations for those that have seen? I can honestly say no one has ever said anything to me, the closest I'd have got was when I was doing some work for a gay couple and they noticed the outline of my thong through my shorts. They giggled but didn't say anything.

How did you know that they noticed if they didn’t say anything ?Thonglover8k wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 10:21 pmI wear thongs or G strings almost exclusively, I often get a bit of a whale tail when i'm working in jeans, Its also pretty obvious that I'm wearing thongs when I wear shorts (most of my shorts are thin LuluLemon) as you can see darker underwear though them.Thongwearer wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 9:00 pm Any conversations for those that have seen? Who knows, they may have laughed with delight because they, like you, are in the "Microwear Club," and were pleased to see another guy with the confidence to wear it!

This is why I made sure to buy the set Calvin Klein put out for Pride month (even though I often prefer buying from independent sellers). I want major brands to say "wow people are actually buying these, let's make more!" I agree that the Jockey one is kinda lame though, more of a cheeky.
Also hoping to wear one on the beach first time this Saturday. If no one says anything, maybe it's already a little normalized. If people notice/take pics/etc. and society says "maybe this is happening," even better. I'll report back with how it goes!

It doesn’t seem like many national brands make them. Great that CK does - I have several of them.
I’m glad meundies added a thong. Jockey thongs aren’t that appealing.
Dillards also sells a thong.

I have a few of those Dillard's Murano thongs that I reviewed here on the forum awhile back. They are OK but the pouches and fit leave a lot to be desired. I haven't worn in them in quite a while now because I've have some better designer thongs. I think it's good that they at least have some mens thongs on the shelf though. I made a point to buy a pack for that reason.Thongwearer wrote: Mon Jul 24, 2023 10:51 am It doesn’t seem like many national brands make them. Great that CK does - I have several of them.

Thongguy7 checkout Shane Sparks on YouTube. He has promoted some thong pool parties in Las Vegas on his channel. I stumbled on his videos while searching some underwear reviews.Thongguy7 wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 7:33 pm As far as us men that love thong underwear... I think we need to unite somehow and have an appropriate avenue of men wearing thong expression... like a safe gathering swim party or something video taped for social media and women involved as well... I think that's how we start to break the fear and stigma is unite... let's face it... thongs are comfortable and they are attractive for both men and women... tho is encourage men to care of their appearance groom well, work out, good hygiene and I believe women are also attracted to a well groomed man that has the worked out body and confidence to wear thongs... I dont think wearing thongs has anything very much to do of sexual identity per say... but sexuality aside no matter who a man or woman identifies as on the sexual identity level which doesn't matter!!! Its about underwear for men and confidence and women I believe would encourage this the most because women adopted this underwear and I believe they enjoy seeing men be comfortable and confident as well

I totally agree - I bought them bc for once they were in a store. I just wish they were more universally available!swimmer78 wrote: Mon Jul 24, 2023 2:17 pmI have a few of those Dillard's Murano thongs that I reviewed here on the forum awhile back. What are some good ideas for how we spread the word?

Christian Ocean is a popular social media influencer and he goes to beaches and other events where there are people assembled and wearing swimwear. He walks around talking to men in boardshorts and invites them to try thongs and swim bikinis. He promotes Nutshack and GrandAxis swimwear mainly and they send him free swim bikinis and thongs. He gives them away to any man that is willing to try them right then and there, and a lot of men accept the offer and once they put on the bikini or the thong they always like it. I haven't seen a video yet where a man put on the thong and says he hates it. He also talked to women that are present and they all tell him that they love seeing men in bikinis and thongs. I encourage everyone to watch his YouTube channel. He is dispelling the myth that only gays and sissies wear thongs!Thongguy7 wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 7:33 pm As far as us men that love thong underwear...
