I use wet wipes and always get myself extra clean in the shower.
I’m still moderately terrified of white thongs though, haha! I should probably buy a couple and face my fears.

Re: thongs and hygiene
If you shave the hair out of your crack and use the wipes to clean yourself appropriately, there are no issues with the dirty thong.
I definitely appreciate being shaved between the cheeks! I love the feeling.

Yeah getting rid of the hair down there makes a huge difference.ManlyUndies wrote: Wed Jul 19, 2023 2:30 pm If you shave the hair out of your crack and use the wipes to clean yourself appropriately, there are no issues with the dirty thong.

Hello, yes this is a fair question... I switched to thongs almost 3 years ago. I wear thongs 24/7 except my morning ritual and coffee and shower. I do understand and can relate having food poisoning last year. I carry wipes in my car and that did the trick for me and ok. I'm sorry what u go through, but if they are comfortable and u practice good hygiene i wouldnt be extremely concerned if u practice cleanliness
Re: thongs and hygiene
Wearing thongs and gstrings do require more work. Shaving helps and I wash up in the shower after going. It helps that I work from home. I can't find a bidet that fits our toilet.
Re: thongs and hygiene
I am new to all of this as an older man who recently discovered a source for thongs that fit me. I did a search for more light weight wear, which I guess is what you refer to as g strings. I love it better for sleeping with, but would to like to try a thong for during the day. I’m retired so can easily jump in the shower after trips to the restroom, to allow me to continue with a more sanitary experience. And it is an experience, I must say. Just the sensation of sleeping with it with my wife, who is still adjusting to my choice of sleep wardrobe.

Welcome to the forum,Kahits. Your story proves you're never too old to try something new, and maybe your new choice of nightwear will spice things up a little in the boudoir once your wife gets use to seeing you in your skimpies(lol).Kahits wrote: Mon Oct 30, 2023 12:07 am I am new to all of this as an older man who recently discovered a source for thongs that fit me. Get a bidet, it will change your life. I use to only buy black color thongs to avoid the marks.
It leaves me the cleanest ever. I am not afraid to wear the brightest of them now. I missed my bidet when I travel.

Yeah, definitely don't want to be wearing a thong when you have a BM accident!
Re: thongs and hygiene
No matter how thorough you wipe, there are remnants still up in there and waiting to expel at the worst moment.
The bidet literally flushes them out, seriously.
