I am wearing thongs for more then 10years now and it started accidentally when I was asked by my exGf to do striptease for her. I bought a right equipment for that and found out that thongs can be really comfortable. But one thing still bothers me, why you need to be a stripper to not be considered wierd when you are wearing them as normal underwear? Not much changed in the last 10 years.
But I remember that around 2000-2003 one of the local swimwear brand offered thong cut version for all of their womens collection. Mens collection was smaller but still some thong options and they even advertised children thongs for girls 6+ (which will now be considered as sick). Now we are forced to swim in pants while women are almost naked.
It`s strange to me that for example Adidas has onepiece swimwear which looks like womens and not offer any thongs which in my eyes are much more "manly" (not even underwear).
There some other aspects like wearing some invisible underwear under white linen shorts. I have couple of HOM nude color gstring which can do that, anything else is just visible. And in Calvin Klein store I can choose from 200`s black trunks and or just 4 thongs, perfect

Something to think about, do you see any options what we as a thong wearers can do to normalize men thongs a little? When I see the sold items in chinese shops, it`s quite hard to believe that the men thongs are so marginal on the market. Bigger brands happily ignoring this trend, but I personally think, that if for example Calvin Klein starts some marketing campaign with men thongs, it will be a big success (by the way, their new 3pack modern cut thong is just superb). I saw some profiles on social media to propagate man thongs, but their reach looks to be very small. Thanks for this forum, It`s one of the ways to normalize thongs
