Hello. I am new to this forum and have enjoyed reading the responses to this topic. I am fortunate that my wife was accepting of when I told her I wear thongs and of me wearing them as my daily underwear. I’ll be honest I didn’t come out and tell her right out of the gate, but after talking with a counselor I was encouraged to tell her. He had a good point when he asked me, “why can’t men enjoy buying and wearing lingerie? Women love lingerie so why can’t a man?” Shortly after that talk I felt confident and explained to my wife that I enjoy wearing thongs. I like the way they look, find them comfortable, and I like how I feel wearing them. I honestly feel more confident when I wear them, for example I will wear a g-string to an interview under my slacks. 😉
That was a couple of years ago that I told her and she’s still surprised that I continue to wear them daily as she probably thought it was just a fad. The only thing that changes is the brand and cut. I tend to change that every couple of months.

Welcome to the forum , I hope you enjoy it here . interesting that you consulted a third party before proceeding to tell your wife your preferences . I think for women they will almost always accept the situation if you say that "it is more comfortable for me" . So in a sense , everyday way is easier to achieve than romantic wear ! I think that route is the way I will travel . To gradually explain that I much prefer the support of brief stuff .

Something in U.S. culture that baggy is more "masculine." This all started in the early 90s. Can't believe this has been going on for so long now. It's similar in other countries, but not as much.
