When shopping for underwear, does it matter if the bikini has a vertical center seam down the pouch or not?
I personally prefer to wear bikinis with no vertical center seam.
Your thoughts?
Seamless or not?
Re: Seamless or not?
I've been leaning towards liking the look of the center seamed pairs more over the flat front pouches, but I have plenty of both. Mainly if I like the look of the bikini or thong I'll try it. Then if they are comfortable I'll keep wearing them. So I don't really look for one style or the other when buying.
Re: Seamless or not?
I feel more comfort with the centered seam styled ones. Probably more room?

Underwear....with seam. Swimsuits, without.
Re: Seamless or not?
I have thick bike-rider thighs that would rub against a pouch, so I like flat-front bikinis and tight swimwear. The cold ocean shrinks everything, too.
Re: Seamless or not?
That's actually not a bad rule. I like my Sears/Covington/Simply Styled bikini underwear, which do have the seam, but less happy about front Speedo seams (wife agrees).
Re: Seamless or not?
I've always been used to seamless both for swimwear and underwear and only came across centre seam fronts recently.
I've always understood European suits to traditionally be seamless and US suits to be more likely with a central seam. What do others think about this?

Re: Seamless or not?
Same. I prefer the kind without the seam in the middle.
Re: Seamless or not?
A center seam on a solid color bikini is tolerable, it's a center seam on a bikini/thong with printed fabric. The seam interrupts the contour and ruins the graphic.
