Jockey No Panty Line Promise underwear.

A place to talk about underwear in general that doesn't fit in thongs or bikinis.

I was curious about these when this was posted back in May. After doing some online research and reading other comments from guys I decided to buy a pair, bikini, red and teal colored ones. Well………they fit and are very, very comfortable. I will be buying more. Again, out of curiosity, I kept on researching other women’s underwear to see what men where saying. I found a few major manufactures that men are gravitating towards praising their products. This got me wondering, is the underwear world evolving to offer more of a gender neutral/unisex product? I did not see anything out on the web advertised as gender neutral/unisex, that did not have a novelty title to it, and I am sure we will not for a while until more people become more open minded and less biased.

The only unisex underwear that I have found are incontinence products for adults that wear adult diapers (nappies) for incontinence and sexual fetishes.

I wear these all the time. I got tired of spending the high prices for men's underwear in the materials that I like. My wife had some of these panties in her drawer and I was jealous of the lightweight stretchy material that they were made of. I decided to buy my own one day and now I'm hooked. My wife buys them for me on occasion as well. I think Jockey has made an effort to accommodate its male audience by adding S,M,L,XL labels next to the traditional women's sizes 5, 6, 7, etc. I don't think they're going to market these as unisex, but they're fully aware that men enjoy these panties as well. I think if they were labeled as unisex, the percentage of male customers would stop buying them. There's definitely some excitement about wearing panties that I don't normally get with men's underwear. I get the taboo of it all makes them exciting.

I actually tried my first panty with lace, the NPL bikini with lace, and so far I like it, got the animal print because black was not in stock in my size, it feels nice and looks fun!

I see now that Jockey re-introduced the NPLP bikini with a lacy waistband. They still offer the same product without the lacy waistband.

I’ve been wearing jockey panties full time to work, and anywhere I might have someone see my underwear. I wear nylon panties with lace anytime I’m not wearing jockeys. Full time pantie wearer 4 years and counting. I would rather jockey kept the panties labeled as panties. Just a kink as a full time pantie wearer. I also love there thongs.

I bought a Jockey NPLP thong because of this thread. I also read plenty of reviews from men on Amazon and the Jockey website talking about how comfortable these are, and wow are they right.

It has PLENTY of stretch to accommodate all my bits and the material is so soft and silky. I never thought I’d be interested in wearing panties but these are amazing.

I’ll do a more detailed review if anyone’s interested.

I was looking at the whole line, which has a couple pairs with the lace waist. Not the bikini or the thong though. Who knows why they can't make a good thong or bikini for men. Their thong for guys looks too much like a brief. Their men's bikinis aren't what I'd consider bikinis, since their sides are wider. I'll give them an okay on the string bikinis. Now you'd think if they paid attention to reviews of their women's underwear by guys they'd get a hint that some similar for the guys would sell. Thought they are probably figuring they're buying these why bother. I see plenty of reviews on Victoria Secret from guys too. They aren't aiming for gender neutral. I'm sure their several reason why guys are buying them (as you mentioned other places they typically offer larger sizes than most men's brands), but for me I'm going to stick to ones marketed as men's underwear.

I don't think respected men's brands refer to men's bikinis and thongs as panties. I mainly see that on AliExpress or maybe listing on ebay, Amazon, and other market places selling Chinese made pairs. I will not let anyone define my underwear as panties. I don't even typically define women's underwear as panties. Anyone that labels men's underwear in a feminine or as gay will not get my business. There are plenty of places for me to buy that do not put unnecessarily labels on men's underwear. I won't give up the fight that bikinis and thongs are for all.
It's easy for you to make that decision. You are thin enough that you can wear anything made for men and it will fit you. As a man with a 46-48 inch waist, I do not get that luxury. Yes, I can lose weight, and I am... I have lost 20 pounds in the last 3 months and have begun daily water aerobics at the gym, drinking lots of water and cutting sugars and carbs wherever I can, but I'm not going to lose 150 pounds overnight. Until I reach my ideal body weight, I have to continue wearing underwear described as "gay, sissy, panties" because that's all I can find that fits me! I will also continue wearing women's panties that are passable as men's briefs. My only other option is to switch back to huge, baggy Y-fronts and boxer briefs, which I refuse to do!

When I was younger I too believed in unisex underwear, not sure I really understood then. I have come across websites specifically market towards trans people who are looking for options, and that's when I've seen the actual "unisex" label. The Skims "For Everyone" may count, though we now know they meant "(but men) at the end" lol.

I think the truth is this. Some guys cannot , will not, don't want to spend the money. They see considering women have better quality at lower price points it is easy for them. Some kind of people are just like that. Even my mom for a time was against me spending "$20 a pair" or whatever it was. I've been tempted time and again to go to the "it can be unisex" route but it's never as comfortable as mens. I need my snugness and support. Believe me, the cheap prices and cute prints tempt me sometimes!

I feel it's like those videos of how to fix your car. There's always videos of the $5 DIY fix instead of buying the actual part. Does it work? Most of the time, yeah. & for some people thats enough. Fits, dirt cheap, looks ok, go.

Not meaning to be offensive but they'll even admit it themselves, a lot of the users (just look at the tons and tons of responses on Quora) have it for the fetish aspect.

If I was absolutely tight tight on underwear, maybe considering it a luxury I'd probably be like them, who knows. I get the weight issues too, as a guy who struggled with that, but it's still a "DIY fix" imo.
