Working Out and Underwear Question
Hey Guys,
So I was wondering if any of you have specific underwear you guys like to use when you work out? If you do, do those pairs start to loose their shape/elasticity/color faster than the ones you don't wear at the gym? I'm trying to figure out if I should wear my favorites to the gym but I don't want them to get ruined from all the sweating and stretching that happens. I've been going commando pretty much since I started working out 7 years ago, and sometimes use underwear I don't really care for, but that doesn't make me feel as hot as my bikinis do. I would really like to wear my favorites, so I can get a better pump from feeling extra hot knowing I'm wearing a bikini. Let me know!

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
It depends on what I'm feeling like as to what I choose to wear.
Often I'll go commando if I am wearing something like a wrestling singlet or spandex shorts of some flavor. I am not a fan of bike shorts with a pad, and often swim jammers are mad tight and annoying. I do enjoy wearing wrestling singlets because they are really flexible, though I'll often not wear anything underneath.
If I am going to wear something underneath, I like to wear thongs under my workout wear. The support is every bit as good as a jock, but they are so much more comfortable and often made of much better materials.

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
Excellent question,
I always wear thongs because my primary clothes for working out are compression shorts or pants, I prefer thong because the strap is between my ass and it doesn’t move when I workout, probably the thong line is visible when I squat but honestly thongs are the perfect underwear for working for me.
But if you like bikinis I would recommend you tanga brief, they have the elastic band, it will be attached very well on your hips, and they look so hot.

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
I wear my wifes black lu lu lemon pants yoga pants and whatever thong or tanga I grab... The tricky part is locker room...
my neighbor knows and has seen but I have never seen another guy yet in a thong...
One time working out on weekend with wife... she said you wore a bikini pair you have panty lines... I said I got dressed fast did not realize..
she said you look like middle school girl with huge panty lines...
I looked in mirror later in corner... they were very visible.. I went back to wife and said this is what you used to look like...
I wish I could walk around locker room like wife does... she brags about it

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
Was reviewing some topics I hadn't gotten to and this is one that appealed to me...I don't have designated pairs, as one of my underwear rules is that all of them are suitable for all occasions, from working out to working to lounging. Adding to this is that I have all my workout stuff at home, so I don't go to a gym unless traveling and at a hotel, and using that facility. So at home, when working out, I am just in my underwear. When I'm on the treadmill I'll also tend to wear a weighted vest, so I have a cut-off T-shirt on too between my skin and that vest. Oh, and for those that don't know already, the undies are almost always a string bikini, and sometimes a regular bikini or thong.

I prefer my ikingsky camo thongs for working out, they are light weight and don’t hold moisture. I’ve also started wearing the AsWeMove thong for the gym

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
When om working out at my gym I always wear long compression toghts and usually nothing on underneath them.. But if I wear anything underneath, it's a thong...more freedom of movement, obviously, and never a feeling of underwear bunching up underneath my tights. So far I haven't had issues with thongs getting stretched out or becoming unwearable in real life. Socks are another issue, though....

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
I wear my regular string-bikini underwear under my workout pants at the health club. There are private changing rooms and showers, but I would have no fear wearing them around other guys (did so for years when I belonged to our local YMCA). Who knows, sting bikinis, thongs and g-strings might be "well-represented!" in a locker-room gathering!

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
I use my JM thongs a lot for working out. Other thongs for daily wear a lot of times.

Re: Working Out and Underwear Question
Gotta be thongs. Hate excess fabric so we gotta keep high and tight, no vul. No pouch - it sort of shifts and gets in the way a bit, no lace - too delicate, and nothing thinner or thicker than 1/2 inch back strap is my winning formula. Saves vul, and keeps me mobile and weightless.
