I think that more than makes up for your compromise in your last post(lol). I dare say your fellow hikers and the mountain bikers were surprised to see you strutting your stuff in a sexy thong, and no doubt footage of your hot butt was captured on their phones to be shared later with disbelieving friends(lol). Congrats also on posting your 100th comment on the forum and being an inspiration to gentlemen of a certain vintage!

Thank you T
I stay withing the law for what I'm doing. I could tell that they were uncomfortable when they saw me. The two on bikes were younger maybe late teens. Could have been from the campground. But humans aren't cookie cutter in size and so shouldn't our choice on what to wear. Please guys get out and strut your stuff, it makes you feel great. It does me anyways!

I wear bikinis and string bikinis mostly, have considered wearing a thong to work, but haven't yet. I have worn thongs all day and multiple days in a row, but not to work yet.

Been doing pilates lately. Leggings and short dance shorts mean a thong is the best option.

I am a full time thong wearing guy. Since I wear thongs all the time, I do all sports in a thong. Several years back, I ran a marathon with a thong under my running shorts.

I wear them while running. Ran 15 miles in them the other day.

I find thongs great for all sporting activities. I prefer the support they offer over jockstraps. The pouch meeting the leg straps on jockstraps vary from brands and some are not comfortable or can cause chafing. I've never had an issue with thongs. The only problem I've had with wearing thongs over jockstraps is that thongs are not designed to accommodate a cup. So for hockey and soccer can be risky. Never tried with hockey but did a few times with soccer

There is a Japanese soccer player, who also juggles the ball, who recommends the use of thongs and jockstraps as underwear under his soccer pants.
Here some of his videos:

I think that these and his other videos are a great school to introduce athletes to the use of thongs and jockstraps.

I wear sturdy flat-front Gaff thongs for snug support when I swim in the Ocean, or ride a bike. That's why I am Bikenswim.

I wear HOM plume g-string in nude color when cycling. Everyone says that padded bibshorts are designed to be weared without underwear, but it`s just not comfortable for me in a front area.
It was a huge challenge to find one which has no seams in between legs (that small area where are you sitting on), stays invisible because cycling jerseys can be quite transparent when stretched and are thin enough to stay comfortable when sweating. Any other type of underwear has no chance to beat that :)
