Neighborly -- again

In my condo where I work, I have a back deck that overlooks the water. The way the condos are oriented only the one to my left can see over. I like to sit out in the morning as the sun comes up reading with a coffee wearing one of two things... I usually just have a bikini or thong on with a robe that isn't tied (open kimono if you will) or I'll have a t-shirt and bikini/thong on. The lady that lives next to me is a widow in her mid 60's and her sister who's in her 50's came out on her back porch to see if the Gray Whales were breaching in the sound. They definitely caught a full glimpse of me sitting facing them with my coffee, robe wide open with nothing but a iKingsky bulge thong covering my package. I sort of wanted to make a Moby Dick joke but I choose to leave that one for the next time if there was one

This a follow up to my previous post on this...
Well I felt the need to update the neighborly situation….

A couple of weeks ago my neighbor (female in her 60s) and what I thought was her sister (turns out to be her friend that lives a couple towns over) both saw me in an open robe wearing only a thong. This morning I was doing my usual thing having coffee out on my back porch enjoying the sunrise and water view in my robe and thong and my neighbor came out wearing a short, silk robe with only panties on. I couldn’t really tell what kind of panties she had on but I could see the bottom of her ass cheeks from the robe so maybe a thong or some cheeky briefs. And judging by seeing her nipples poking through the robe, she only had on panties.

Not sure if that was meant to return the favor to me or she felt inspired by seeing me. Either way, it was a nice view of her in the morning. She by no means is super hot but for some reason I was a huge fan of that encounter.

Plus It’s nice to know that I’ve “still got it” even after all these years.

I used to live with a male/female couple. I slept with my bedroom door open so my cat could get in and out otherwise he would cry at my door at night and I would have to get up and let him in or out. Anyway, the female (Maria) would comment on the underwear that I would wear to bed. apparently, she would peek in at my door and watch me sleep and admire the bikinis and thongs I slept in.

Of course, later I found out that one of them (Probably Maria) had been stealing my underwear for her boyfriend to wear. I found one of my purple bikini briefs in with their laundry in the dryer. I didn't take them back because I don't share underwear!

Kudos for your bold confidence, and kudos to your neighbor for her confidence and stepping out. That's a wonderful story, and I hope more comes out of it, and the both of you feel even more comfortable thonging!!! My wife and I need to do that on our balcony more often. (Out balcony is small and shaded from the sun albeit with a wonderful view.)

I few years back i was awake early, just as the sun was coming up, and saw my neighbor out in her garden. They were not the friendliest people and I never had more than five words with them the eight years they live next to me. Anyways, I walked out on to my back deck and saw her bending over in her garden wearing nothing but a thong. I’m quite sure she thought no one would be up to see her.

I don’t know if she ever saw me in my backyard wearing nothing but a thong. It would be likely though.

Just saw off an overnight guest, an old friend of mine from college, who approved of my Ergowear string bikinis...I just kissed her goodbye and while she was clothed (now, as she was leaving! ) I was in my underwear and T-shirt kissing her goodbye in full view of the neighbors. Not sure if they saw or not, but probably so!
