Thanks so much for all the amazing responses! There is such a wide variety to dig into, I'll have to start working through them. I will definitely Jockey for when I'd like to be more functional and straightforward. Then for many of the others, I guess I'll just keep the drip of new things coming when I feel like getting new ones. But this thread is now absolute GOLD.

One question, has anyone tried Doreanse? A couple of their things *seemed* to cross the line between sexy/stylish and low profile. Example here - not sure if it's a good brand or not:

Doreanse is a solid brand. I haven't tried that particular thong though. You can read reviews of the ones I have tried here.

I have three pairs of JM Skinz thongs. They offer a lot of room for the boys and provide a 'low profile' look. You can certainly put your penis in a downward position.

Calvin Klein thongs are a good option for low profile fronts. I wear the Icon thongs. Their pouches are comfortable but don't lift you up and outward like many other brands do. You won't feel like you're "on display" with CK thongs.
