Actually do like the gstring style, particularly the ones with a triangle back. I've got them and thong swimwear for those warmer beach days. Tangaland have some sexy skimpy stuff and are always fun to wear. Otherwise both are great:)

@ Tanga Tanga & Thonglover8k

You’ve defiantly got to find the right style suit for your body, or else they just don’t fit right, they just slip off and I’m afraid a lot of the generic offerings out there these days just aren’t cut right so won’t stay on.
Believe you me, I speak from experience, with my love for this style I’ve tried out most of them over the past 15 years or so!!!!

Yes the likes of ‘I-swim’ make a great fitting one-sided suit, their slingshots are bad either, although they’re not one-sided, ‘alter’,also make a great fitting one-sided thong with their one-sided slingshots being one of the best suits I’ve ever worn…..I’ve got more than a few of each of these style and can’t say I’ve ever had a problem swimming in any of them

@Thonger13
Yer this style took me a little getting used to. It took me a while to get used to realising there was just one hip string diving into my butt crack, not gonna lie though the tan lines look amazing….

For the beach its definitely a g-string. The smaller the better. I also prefer tie-sides. They can be untied for maximum exposure. In addition, the look of the strings along the hips and upper leg is wonderfully sexy. For hotel pools I wear a string bikini from long defunct Parr of Arizona. A classic inverted triangles of fabric joined by tied strings can be tied for exposure or modesty depending upon the situation.

The slingshot versions are worth a look too!!!

I have one of those, but they don't stay on. Can't imagine swimming in one.🤣
What are they like to wear? They'd make for a funky tan line haha
Not too bad to wear, the trick is to get the back strap high enough up your butt so that they stay one, perhaps not the most comfortable to wear but they definitely make a statement

You’re spot on there Thonglover8k, it’s not just the fit of the front pouch that is important with this style, it’s also the length of the hip/butt strap.
The rear strap/string needs to be long enough so that it comes out the top of your butt crack then around and down your hip, much like a standard high hipped thong would but only with one side!!! I’ve found most low slung versions don’t work as well nor are they so comfortable….
Your right on your other point too….. find a well fitting suit and yes you’ll make a statement!!!
