There is a McDonald's near where I live, and I think I could let out a whaletail by sitting on one of the barstools in the dining area. But then, I wonder if it is worth the trouble. I ask myself, "what do I get out of this?"

If you are after the look I suspect you are may I suggest you try either the ‘Magic Bulge Strings Slingshot’ from ‘Iswim.com.tw’ with its single rear string design or an ‘Alter’ one-sided slingshot with its single strap shoulder design.

Yes both shorts or pants and a top will be required with either design but once you’re working out it’s easy to let things slip hey!!!!

An underwear or lingerie store is a good place to show off your thong and let the sales assistant know you're a thonger and you know what you're doing when thong shopping. I remember wearing a pair of trackpants low enough, kneeling down to the bottom shelf to check some CK underwear out and showing plenty off. I glanced around and the sales assistant smiled at me. Chances were she was wearing a CK thong too.

I work in a white collar setting so no purposeful showing here. The area we live in is super conservative so a swim thing is a no go. On occasion I’ve thought about an “accidental” drop of my pants while using the urinal in a public restroom but I chicken out every time. Never been intoxicated enough to let it fly. I’m just too nervous about showing off and getting an unwanted reaction.

About 30 years ago I was in my mid twenties as a single young dude taking up running. At my regular running store I mentioned to the sales guy (the guy who always helped me there) I thought I needed extra support in my running shorts and asked about trying a jockstrap. This guy took such special attention in me finding the perfect strap…to the point it got a little awkward as me being a straight guy. He wanted me to try every option and size and color (black and white) on and he wanted to take a look in the dressing room. I have to admit I kindive liked this attention that day and I think he liked giving it…lol. I was a little weirded out by the fact the jockstraps could be tried on but I was young and dumb and didn’t know the difference.

I left the store that day without a strap. I’ve never been a strap guy.

Just sharing my unintended “showing” experience.

Modern day running shorts are now so much more supportive now. I have not seen a strap for sale in a running store in years.

I'm in my 50's and retired from running due to right achilles surgery. My preference was always the shortest running shorts with no built in liner. I would wear g strings but while they held me in place, the nylon polyester material was very high friction and led to a LOT of chaffing. Even with anti chaffe balms running on hot summer days, and I'm an excessive sweater, I struggled to prevent being rubbed to near bleeding. That's when I ventured to wearing womens thongs made of better fabrics. It's the main reason for me to wear womens. Now that there are many more brands using better fabrics, and styles are plentiful, I can chose different brands and no longer worry. Though I no longer run, there will always be a need to find the proper thong.

Since spring is approaching, I want to get new clothes for the S/S season. I need new trousers because I have lost 10kgs (22lbs). Wide leg baggy pants seem to be the trend these days, but I feel like they are not good for whaletailing. Skinny jeans are not trendy anymore, so I wonder what are some pants that are good for whaletailing?

Also, I am thinking of buying more see-through linen pants, and I want to know how I should style the top?

Well, I don't go out of may way to show it off, but I don't go out of my way to hide it either. I used to worry, though.

If someone is looking that closely at my VPL or whale tail, enjoy the show....

I went to VS the other day wearing this beauty under my t-shirt and shorts:

It meant that I could show my CK One waistband off like I would were I wearing a trunk but then if I wanted to engineer it, it could develop into a whale tail and given the need to kneel down and open the drawers to find different bra/thong/v-string sizes, it's a prime opportunity for showing off :)
